A sunny, modern and well located apartment with private garden situated in the heart of fashionable Hackney. Measuring approx 550 sq ft, this lovely 1 bed home caters for up to 4 people, thanks to a large sofa bed in the living room. This south facing home is regularly bathed in warm sunlight. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk away from both Hackney Downs & Dalston Kingsland Stations providing easy access into Central London. Bus services stop close by and are available 24/7. There is a dedicated bedroom with one double bed and an additional sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 2 further people if required. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided to all guests. Guest access The whole space is yours!

Please don’t smoke in our apartment or in the communal areas of the building.Fine of £1000. If you smoke outside, please don't smoke directly outside the building, please make sure to smoke a few metres away. Check out time is at 10am. Every hour additional not checking out would cost £50 after 10am. By asking us to come and open the door for any reason such as forgetting keys inside apartment and not being able to use appropriately key would cost £200 in respect of our time and resources.
