Small but comfortable. Noisy neighbors and walls are thin. Couch is hard. Steps down to bedroom a bit awkward. But all works fine and otherwise went well. Landlord accommodated very early arrival…very helpful

Everything as advertised. Very quiet location yet near everything. Easy to get bus and tube from South Ken. Check in /check out was easy and felt very secure. Perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was convenient to multiple public transportation options and in a beautiful part of Chelsea. The apartment was well supplied and the hosts were thoughtful and welcoming. The bed in the larger bedroom could have been more comfortable, but my family agreed we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay!

The home was as described, it is spacious, clean, and has a lot of nice amenities. The location is perfect and quite charming, you can jump on multiple buses within a 5 minute walk to get to central London or walk 15 min to the closest tube station. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and they also provided some coffee. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Sole ´s flat. Chelsea is a great place to be to discover London and the flat is near bus stops to get you around. The communications were easy, thanks for having us!

Apartment is in a quiet street, has all modern amenities, and is very clean, comfortable, and secure. We enjoyed the Chelsea area, with a number of cafe’s, shops and supermarkets close by. The information left by the host was very helpful and detailed, and made it easy to take advantage of the buses, within a short walk, that take you directly into central London or the tube. It was very relaxing to come back to the apartment after a days excursion.

The flat met our needs for exploring London on our own. Lots of restaurants nearby and convenient to public transportation. Yusef met us to check in and gave us great tips on navigating London. We got in early and were able to drop off our luggage before the official check in time. A few recommendations for improvement and safety would be to install a grab bar in the bathroom for existing the tub. It is a high step down and no place to hold on to to keep from slipping. Linens should include face cloths. I had to purchase one for myself. The duvet was hot and there is no top sheet for the bed which would have helped on a warm night. The mattress in the larger bedroom could use replacing. Also, we ran out of hand soaking the bathroom and there was none to refill the dispenser. If you want to do laundry be sure to purchase or bring detergent. None was provided. These are mostly minor things to be aware of (except for the tub safety concern) and I would rent the flat again. Thank you Sole.

overall, it was just ok. I could not get the lower bedroom warm, it was freezing and there are massive pigeons on the scaffolding outside the window that were making terrible noise in the morning. I went to take a bath and pull the suctioned cupped bath mat to reveal green mould all over. I was really grossed out. Location was great... hallway and walls going up to flat are dirty and stained.
