This classic townhouse is situated on a quiet street, with a black-and-white tiled path leading up to the entrance. The Victorian tiles continue in the hallway and the living room is on the left-hand side. This hallway offers beautiful triple height ceilings, with skylights above for ample light. LIVING & DINING ROOM A relaxing space, with a fireplace and surrounding seating, with cream shutters adoring the windows. On the left of the fireplace is a television and chic artwork hangs on the wall opposite. The glass dining table and surrounding chairs offers a space to enjoy dinner with family and friend, with a delicate chandelier light above. This leads through to the kitchen. KITCHEN The kitchen is situated at the back of the house, with large sliding doors connecting out to the garden. There is a large island in the kitchen, with cool copper light fittings hanging above. The kitchen offers all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a relaxation and play area in this space as well, with a velvet sofa, a television and children’s toys. GARDEN The garden is also welcoming for children- with plenty of play equipment including a playhouse and miniature trampoline. There is also a BBQ in the garden and surrounding plants. UTILITY CUPBOARD The utility space includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. BATHROOM On the first floor is a sleek bathroom, with beautiful marble tiles throughout. There is a spacious walk-in shower with a glass screen, as well as a freestanding bath and two oval basins, as well as a WC. FIRST BEDROOM The first bedroom is perfect for children, with a child’s bed for up to 5 years, as well as a baby cot. The room is decorated with toys, books and colourful artwork. There is a wardrobe and chest-of-drawers in white. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is spacious, with an Asian Emperor bed with bedside tables either side. There is a wardrobe for storage and a central fireplace and television above. The room also includes a chaise lounge chair and a chest-of-drawers. This bedroom has air-conditioning. THIRD BEDROOM The third bedroom offers a bunk bed of two single beds. This room is decorated in pink and yellow stripes and includes a small dressing table with stool, as well as a wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and a decorative fireplace. FOURTH BEDROOM Upstairs on the top floor, is a further bedroom with a double bed and views to the surrounding area. This room also includes a television opposite the bed and access out to the balcony. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom is sleek, in slate grey tiling, with a basin, WC and walk-in shower, the latter of which has a skylight above. BALCONY The balcony offers a private outdoor space, with a table and chairs for relaxing alfresco. FIFTH BEDROOM With a four-poster double bed, this room is in the eaves of the home, with skylights above. There is a desk with chair, as well as a small child’s bed if required. EN SUITE The en-suite bathroom offers a bath, with overhead shower, basin and WC. Home Truths No smoking, pets or parties! Guest with allergies, please note- a dog usually lives here, but will not be present during stays. To accommodate 11 people- this home accommodates 8 adults and 3 children only (1 baby cot, 2 child-size single beds). A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date.
