This flat is my home I let it out when I travel, it is lovingly looked after and you will find it clean comfortable and homely. There is no cleaning fee and I ask you leave it as you find if with bedlinen removed for washing. I ask for a cash deposit on arrival of £250 or Euro 300 or $300 against serious damage (not broken glasses) flooding burn marks etc. This will be returned to you on departure.
