A delightful 2 bedroom maisonette apartment with stunning west facing roof terrace. Close to Portobello market and the restaurants and shops of Notting Hill Gate. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with king size double bed with large bay window with fine outlook to church opposite.The other bedroom is large and has a standard double bed One large kitchen diner with great views over west London. Includes all mod cons except dish washer. Upstairs is the sitting room with fine views to the west which leads out on to roof terrace which in the summer months has large number of flowering pots and tubs. There is a BBQ on the roof. This flat is my home I let it out when I travel, it is lovingly looked after and you will find it clean comfortable and homely. There is no cleaning fee and I ask you leave it as you find if with bedlinen removed for washing. I ask for a cash deposit on arrival of £250 or Euro 300 or $300 against serious damage (not broken glasses) flooding burn marks etc. This will be returned to you on departure. You will have a nice time here! Note the minimum period is a 7 day booking There is a 15% discount on 14 day plus bookings and 20% discount on 21 days plus booking More
