This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, mid terraced house is fully equipped with the essentials you'll need for your stay - including kitchen utensils and appliances, bed linen, towels, smart TV with Netflix, WiFi and a printer. Tastefully and simply decorated with full size double beds in each bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs with the third downstairs at the front of the house. Two of the bedrooms also have TV's with Freeview in addition to the main TV in the lounge that has Netflix. The kitchen, which has access to the small rear yard, adjoins a functional lounge/diner where you can relax and watch TV. There are a host of local amenities, including a Co-op, takeaways, beauty salon and post office, all within 3 minutes walking distance. Guests have full access to the house (dependant on whether full or partial occupancy, surplus bedroom(s) might be locked) and yard to rear. Early check in/ late check out may be available (subject to availability) at an additional charge of £25. We want you to enjoy your stay and to be as comfortable as possible but please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP but there is no-one living on site 24/7.More

Good location. key safe in place which was great, as we could come and go as we pleased. Good communication with owners. Good size bedrooms. Nice to find a place close to family when visiting Liverpool.

About the neighbourhood
The house is located in the traditional, residential area of Wavertree in Liverpool. A great area that attracts families, working professionals and students alike. The area has an ample supply of shops, restaurants/takeaways and parks.
Getting around
The house is within 7 minutes walk of the bus stop with buses serving the city centre (86/86a/86c). Wavertree Technology Park train station is approx 20 minutes walk away with trains going to both Liverpool city centre and Manchester. There is free on street parking readily available on our road. There are local cab firms that can take you into the city for around £5-10 taking approximately 10-15 minutes. I've found Uber to be particularly handy.
