Striding Edge is a Scandinavian style lodge, situated on White Cross Bay Park on the shores of Lake Windermere. The lodge is all ground floor and sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one double, one room with adult bunks and one twin with 2'6' beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire and patio door to the outdoor decked terrace with furniture. Off road parking is available for two cars.     Just back from an amazing week away in this cottage and had the best time. Ideally situated to explore the Lake District with lots to do on site also such as a swimming pool, games area, play parks, forest and lake areas and a bar.     We stayed at Striding Edge for a week in September. The lodge was perfect, it was well maintained in a lovely, peaceful location. Previously we have found that some self catering accommodation has the bare minimum when it comes to kitchen equipment, this wasn't the case with Striding Edge, the kitchen had everything you could need for a perfect self...
