The property is located in the centre of Keswick and is just a 2 minute walk from the town square. The town has many restaurants, galleries, shops and cafes, as well as a Saturday market, a cinema and the Theatre by the Lake. The town parks and the nearest lake, Derwentwater, are within easy walking distance. There is a private parking space directly outside the property and a parking permit for a second car to park in one of the nearby car parks can be purchased direct from Allerdale Borough Council. The nearest railway station is Penrith and there is a regular bus service into Keswick. Threeways is just 50 metres from Keswick Bus Station.
