A 400 year old three storey Cotswold stone cottage located in the village of Brimscombe 2 miles from the main town of Stroud which provides an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds and further afield The cottage has a wealth of exposed stone walls & beams but has been modernised to a very good standard & has full gas central heating throughout Private parking off road for two cars GROUND FLOOR , Lounge/ diner 11ft 6in by 17 ft with 4 seater leather settee & armchair ,dining table with 5 dining chairs ,exposed beams & stone walls with window seat for twoThe floor is tiled in slate & has underfloor electric heating wall mounted 32in smartTV with free sat . & internet access. The cottage was situated up a hill and had ample parking for the car. It had a modern bathroom and kitchen yet tones of 'oldie worldie' character. The cottage was warm and snug. If your tall you need to watch for the low beams but...More

A perfect cosy hideaway for a gathering of old friends. Enjoyed the garden Into the early evening and loved the real fire. Definitely recommend.
