We booked on the recommendation of friends. We would have never believed that a holiday destination like this exists, we even had perfect summer weather. 86 Clearwater is a 2-storey detached lakeside house with some great features like floor to ceiling windows in the living...More

We only stayed for 2 nights, which just was not long enough. There is so much to do on the estate and in the surrounding areas. There are great lunch places in Cirencester only 15 mins drive away (car recommended), but quite honestly we could...More

Amazing apartment and in a beautiful location. Went with amazing friends and the owners made our stay a one to remember! Fully euiped home and we was provided with basic essentials. Will defiantly book again, the views are amazing and facilities are wonderful. Very comfortable...More

Lovely house, clean and well equipped, perfect for long weekend, with two families. Fourth bunk room has small beds so would not suit older kids.

We are within a short walk to Somerford Keynes, a local village with a Quality Pub and a number of other small villages are within 5 minutes drive, offering local amenities like: Post office, Grocery shop and more Pubs.The estate is located within the Cotswold Waterpark which provides numerous opportunities to explore either on foot, by bike or watercraft, seasonal cable skiing is also on offer as are sailing, canoeing and windsurfing tuition/hire.The are several golf courses locally.An artificial beach on one of the lakes within the Keynes Country Park will keep the children entertained as will the local Butts Farm whilst Magicland in Cirencester is available for very young children if the weather is poor.Horse riding and bike hire.
How to get there
located on a private gated Lowermill Estate nr Somerford Keynes. We are within easy reach of the M4 and M5 (11 miles from junction 15 of the M4 and 18 miles from M5) The nearest rail station Kemble is only 4 miles away and offers frequent services to Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham as well as a regular service to London, Paddington.
