Due to the COVID-19 restrictions Haven will not be offering their regular entertainment this season. For July they are planning to have the site shop, launderette and take away food services only. We are required to give Haven the names and contact details of all guests staying in our caravan. These details will be used to send you your allocated check in time (Haven are implementing contact free check in when guests arrive within given time slots). They will retain these details for up to 30 days after departure in case they need to contact trace guests. Fun works passes will not be available.

Our caravan is a 3 bed Willerby Rio Premier sited at the top of the park giving level access to the main entertainment complex and swimming pools. The caravan has double glazed windows and door and has thermostatically controlled central heating.
The caravan has an open plan living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave / grill oven, a full size gas oven and grill and four ring burner hob. In the lounge is a powerful gas fire in addition to the radiator and a 36' digital TV and DVD player.
There are two twin bed rooms and 1 double bed room with an en-suite toilet and wash basin. Each of the bedrooms contains a wardrobe, cupboards and bed side tables and for the cold months has a thermostatically controlled radiator.
The shower room contains a shower, wash basin and a toilet. There is a cupboard on the wall and a radiator to keep it nice and cosy in the colder months.
The caravan is fitted with net curtains throughout. For those travelling with toddlers or babies we have a travel cot that we can put up for you free of charge in place of one of the twin beds. If you book through Haven and request a cot it will only fit in the lounge area in most caravans.
The caravan is connected to mains gas so you do not have to worry about the gas cylinders running out in the middle of the night, gas is included in all bookings. Free mains electricity is also included in all bookings meaning there are no extra charges for metered electricity like on some parks.
Our caravan is located just a short distance from the main entertainment complex and is an easy walk away. The park is built on a hill but we are at the same level as the entertainment complex so you do not have to walk up a hill to get to the entertainment venues. Our hire rates do not include passes to the Haven entertainment, sports and swimming pools as these are not required to stay in our caravan.
For the comfort of other guests staying in our caravan we request that guests do not smoke in the caravan (smoking is permitted on the patio) and we do not accept pets.
Our preferred change over days are Friday and Monday throughout the season.More

We are glad that you enjoyed visiting some of the many great places near by. We would love to welcome you back in the near future should you wish to return.
In Hastings there is a Castle, Smugglers Adventure Caves, East and West Hill cliff railways, Aquarium, Fisherman's Museum, Shipwreck Heritage Centre and the popular Adventure Golf on the sea front (3 18-hole courses)
In near by Battle there is the Abbey. Also nearby is Bodiam Castle, Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway (why not make a day of it and take the steam train from Tenterden (free parking) to Bodiam Castle). The historic Town of Rye and the wonderful sandy beach at Camber Sands.
In Hastings there is always something going on. In May they have a Jack in the Green festival. In August there is the Old Town Carnival week and in October they have Hastings Week culminating in a massive parade, bonfire and fireworks display.
With a bus stop right outside the park it is easy to get around if you do not have your own car.
