About the neighbourhood
The North Laine area of Brighton is fantastic for exploring what Brighton is all about. Quirky shops and eateries. Great local restaurants and some lively pubs.
You can take a walk through the Laines and spend hours popping into various shops and drink coffee and having a slice of cake.
Brighton has more pubs per capita than any other city in Europe, why not visit them. They have some special local beers or even Brightons own Gin.
The Royal Pavilion is the main tourist attraction but we also have the SeaLife Centre, The Dome for live music and comedy and Komedia which specialises in great comedy and cinema.
Brighton is well know for it's love of music and it shows. The Great Escape, Wildlife and Pride to name a few events.
