For culture vultures The Royal Pavilion is less than a 5 minute walk away, as well as The Theatre Royal, The Corn exchange, The Dome and The Brighton Museum. Take in the vibrant city scene and watch Brighton's rainbow walk by, from street performers in the Pavilion gardens, the volley ball team practicing on the beach to lovers posing on the Pier. Perfect for groups of friends and family, shopping trips or girly-get-togethers. For larger groups the terraced property is next door to The Birdcage (also listed on Trip advisor) and the two cottages can be booked together for groups of up to 16, which is popular with discerning hen do's and groups of friends down to enjoy Brighton's infamous night life. The house has been decorated to a high standard with usual mod- cons such as wi-fi. The fashionable vintage inspired design includes decorative antiques, and designer accessories and wallpapers making it a truly original and stylish place to stay. Each bedroom has a different theme, while the double shower wet-room is clad in wall to wall slate, and the large sofa and well stacked book case makes it feel home from home. This is the ideal place to step out in style for the best that Brighton has to offer.More

Additional amenities & feature info
The three bedroom cottage comprises of an open plan living room with two sofa's, one of which is a double sofa bed for groups larger than 6 people. The open plan micro kitchen is fully equipped. There is no dining room, but with the best of Brighton's restaurants on your doorstep you really won't want to stay in to cook, but there is everything you need for preparing a simple meal or takeaway on laps. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with basin. Separate wet-room with twin showers, basin and WC, underfloor heating. On the second floor a further two bedrooms, one with basin. These bedrooms have zip and link beds which can be arranged as twin rooms or king size doubles, just let us know how you'd like them arranged in advance. Due to the city central location the immediate area can be quite noisy at weekends as pubs and bars are in the vicinity. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. Due to the age of the property all rooms are small and the doorways and staircases are unusually narrow. Sorry, no disabled access.
