Our beautiful Grade 1 Listed Regency home is located a stone’s throw from Hove Lawns and the sea. You will not find a better place to stay in Brighton!
We pride ourselves in offering a great stay and are proud of our reviews. You'll be treated with perfection when you book our place.

The first floor of the apartment boasts 14’ high ceilings, full-height traditional sash windows, wonderfully restored cornice and a wealth of original features including stained glass, wooden floors and a marble fireplace. The apartment is flooded with natural light and gives beautiful views over Brunswick Square Garden and Brighton Beach. In the summer the sun blasts in, giving a gorgeous glow of the Regency properties on the opposite side of the square.

There is a Bluthner upright piano for budding pianists to use.

Lovely characterful apartment with lots of space to chill. The location was perfect for easy accesss to walks along the front and plenty of bars and restaurants within an easy stroll.

Superb, comfortable and cozy home for the whole family of 6. The living room is huge and cozy with very nice views from the windows. The dining room is also big. We did some light cooking also in the kitchen. All the rooms are comfortable...More

Brunswick Square, which is a no-through road, is located in a quiet residential area. Local cafes, coffee shops, bars and a plethora of artisanal shops are all located on Western Road, at the top of the square. The flat is walking distance to the centre of town, and a minute’s walk to the sea front. We’d be delighted to share recommendations of where to eat and drink, along with some other suggestions for how your stay can be as enjoyable as possible.

The flat is about 20 minutes walk from Brighton or Hove stations or about 5 minutes in a taxi. It is also located close to cycle paths and bus routes to all areas of the city. The town centre with its shopping, the quirky Brighton Lanes and other tourist attractions such as the famous Brighton Pier, Royal Pavilion and the Dome are only a short bus ride, or a 20 minute walk away. Visitor car parking permits can be arranged at £10 extra per day.
