If you are a large group take a look at its availability. Access to the apartment is via the parking forecourt at the front of the building, through the iron gate and down the steps to the private front door entrance. There is an outside cupboard just before the entrance housing the combination padlocked luggage storage locker. Please be aware that this is a communal space for the building and there is no light so can be very dark. On entering the apartment to the right of the entrance lobby is access to the utility room/cellar. In here you will find coat hooks, the washing machine, tumble dryer an office desk and chair and plenty of storage space. On the right are the steps up in to the oak floored open plan lounge/kitchen area. The room size is roughly 21.5' long by 16'11' max. wide . The kitchen area has been fitted with high end fully integrated appliances and finished off with a sublime american black walnut worktop and is equipped with everything that anyone would require including a wine chiller and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules! Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal and a complimentary bottle of wine are also provided. The hot water boiler is located in the cupboard at the end of the kitchen breakfast bar and has the telephone and contract number so that any guest can call direct to British gas incase of a breakdown/emergency. This cupboard also houses the ironing board and iron. The lounge area centres around a lovely old open fireplace. The chimney however has been capped so this is for show only. There is a 50' UHD 4K tv with freeview, a 4K Blu-ray player and a hard drive connected with a 2TB selection of music/movies/tv shows for you to choose from. There is a double sofa bed for an extra 1 or 2 guests too and a beautiful solid oak extending dining table with 4 matching chairs in the bay window. Just to put a little perspective on it, although this is a lower ground floor apartment, the lounge/kitchen area is surprisingly bright and when there are no cars parked on the forecourt if you stand in the lounge area you can clearly see the sea and the Brighton pier from the lovely bay window. In the hallway from the lounge there is a cupboard straight ahead with shelving housing fresh towels and bed linen. Underneath is a Dyson hoover and laundry bin. On the left of the hallway is a hotel style luxuriously fitted shower room tiled with real honed slate flooring and prestige travertine wall tiles. The shower enclosure has a luxury dual waterfall/rainfall showerhead above with hand held attachment to the side. For those that need a little extra light, the mirror has its own bright LED strip light either side. Luxury towels & flannels are provided along with quality soap, shampoo and shower gel. On the right of the hall is a large double bedroom measuring 13'9' x 13'7' max, fitted with a top quality carpet for comfort and dimmable lighting. The king size bed has a luxurious orthopaedic pillow topped mattress for both ultimate comfort and support and 4 pillows, 2 of which also offer orthopaedic support and is finished off with luxury high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and high quality, luxury bedding. An iPod docking station and DAB digital alarm clock are in this room along with a selection of books to read. If you really like any of the books please feel free to take it home with you! For those that like to do a little exorcise, 3x 3kg weights are provided and some electronic scales. A hairdryer, hair straighteners, iPhone charger and travel adaptor plug can be found in the dressing table drawer. The apartment features exclusive stunning limited edition artwork throughout by young up and coming local a *PARKING INFO. The apartment comes with a permit to park for free in one of 4 shared bays off street at the front of the property. These 4 bays work on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed to be available at any time. Once parked displaying the permit there is no limit or time restrictions on how long any car may stay in a bay. The permit to park in one of these bays is obtained at your check in time only, not before and must be left back in the apartment at your check out.More

The apartment has self check in/out. The key is kept in a key safe next to the door. The code to access this will be given to you shortly before your arrival. The key can be left on the kitchen worktop at check out along with the parking permit.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is situated opposite Brighton beach and facing the sea in the very heart of the vibrant Kemp Town district. This area is one of the most famous areas in Brighton, renowned for its unique bars, clubs and cultural scene. From this perfect location absolutely everything in Brighton is easily accessible. We even have a bike available to hire if you would prefer to cycle!
Getting around
All of the Cities major attractions are just a short walk from the apartment and no transport is required if you will just be staying in the city centre. There are 2 bus stops right outside the apartment with buses running along the coast and in to town in both directions. To the East you can travel to Brighton Marina and beyond to Peacehaven, The Seven Sisters Cliffs & hiking path, Newhaven(Ferry port), Eastbourne with its own pier etc. To the West the bus will take you in to the City centre, although a bus is not required as it is only a short walk. It will take you to Brighton train station, i360 viewing tower, Hove and Worthing. There is a Taxi rank in East street which is about a 5 minute walk away at the bottom of North street.
