We would like to welcome you to our ground floor apartment in Hartford Court, a development of just 18 modern apartments situated on the East Cliff of Bournemouth. The apartment is within easy walking access of Bournemouth's stunning beaches, pier, town centre, rail station, shops, restaurants and pubs. It's perfect for holidays, short breaks, visiting friends and relatives or the university and as a base for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Sandbanks.. Our apartment is unique offering your own private access at the rear of the building. There are 3 bedrooms each of which can be set up as either 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, giving you the option to choose which configuration suits your party best. There is a spacious open plan living area incorporating the lounge with comfortable seating for 6 people, flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs also for 6 people. The well equipped kitchen offers hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and we've made sure there are plenty of pots, pans cutlery and crockery. There are no hidden extras WIFI is included as are towels and linen in the price. If you are driving there is a private parking space provided. Public transport links are very close by with buses to the east towards Boscombe and Christchurch and to the west towards Poole, Sandbanks easily accessible via the bus stop a few metres from Hartford Court and Bournemouth Mainline Railway station a 6 minute walk away. During off peak months arrival and departure is completely flexible with a minimum stay of 3 nights, during July and August weekly rates are available with arrival and departure on a Saturday. Our apartment is family owned and run you will be met by one of us to make sure you are settled in, know how everything works, and given any advice required about the local area.

Highly recommended!
A perfect location for anyone who wants to have easy access to both beach & town yet still feel they are in a little hideaway in the country, I would recommend this location to you immediately. Compact, accessible, clean & bright with the added bonus of being ground floor with parking. Thank you for the clear instructions too!

A great base for visiting the Bournemouth area
A very convenient location, with excellent parking. The apartment provides three good size bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities. We didn't use the kitchen a lot during our 4 night stay as we met with friends and ate out a lot. We also visited Southborne beach several times during the weekend. All in all, a great break in a comfortable apartment.

Amazing, perfectly clean, family friendly apartment
The apartment was in a great location, just a short pleasant walk to Boscombe beach and about 20 mins walk to Bournemouth beach and the pier. Alternatively there is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment. We rented 2 apartments; numbers 2 and 16, for all our family to enjoy a long bank holiday weekend and also attend a family 40th birthday. I really cannot rate these apartments highly enough. They were spotlessly clean, spacious and modern. The owners have given great thought to every little detail, including kitchen utensils, ice packs and toiletries. Chris was spot on with her communication with me, especially when I needed to know where to park our extra 2 cars. I immediately received a call back after leaving a message to that effect. Parking is available just down the road. I have already recommended these apartments to other family members and friends. We all didn't want to return home as we enjoyed ourselves so much and we will definitely be returning again.

Great apartment in Bournemouth
We had a lovely short break here. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen, although small, is incredibly well laid out and they have managed to fit in everything you could possibly need. It was in a great location. We all enjoyed the short walk down the zig zag path to the beach close by but it was also an easy, but longer walk along to Bournemouth pier, town and all the attractions. The Coop a few doors along from the apartment was very useful too! We recieved great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Great BH weekend stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Helped by the fantastic weather we had. Ground floor Apartment was excellent. It was roomy enough for 6 adults and 2 babies! Very clean, nice decor and had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms made life much easier with 6. Walking distance to seafront but need to be physically able. Would happily stay there again.

A great 3 bedroom apartment
Well sited with both the town centre and beach only a 15 minute walk away. The property has everything thing that you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were at the apartment to show us around and explain how things work. We’d happily book this apartment again.

Great stay
Very tidy and high specification apartment. As described. Good location - although set back from cliff sea front, we found we could walk down to beach in 15 minutes.

Very nice flat
This flat contributed greatly to the success of our trip to Bournemouth. First and foremost, each room was very clean. And when you use the kitchen for the first time, you do not have to wash the dishes before using them. The location of the flat is ideal (drop off area just in front of the entrance and then a reserved parking space 20 yards away). Inside, the decoration is minimalist (hotel like) but pretty and pleasant. I like this kind of decoration because it is quite neutral and you do not feel in somebody else flat but in your own flat. Our cat loved it as well. She was the first cat holidaymaker in there. The owner told me that they have only dogs usually, but the apartment is very clean and it does not smell dogs at all. Helpful and courteous owners. You cannot go wrong with this flat!

About the neighbourhood
East Cliff beach is one of the two primary Bournemouth beaches and occupies the beach strand from just east of Bournemouth Pier up to Boscombe pier. It is about 1.5 miles in length. It is without doubt one of the cleanest and best cared for beaches in the country.The beach itself is almost solely comprised of fine cream coloured sand and is about 60 meters wide. Directly at the back of the beach is the promenade and access road called the Undercliff Drive. Bournemouth council has a row of beach huts along Undercliff Drive that can be hired on a daily basis. The beach is heavily patrolled by lifeguards and has a zone and wrist band scheme for children, known as KidZone which helps to significantly reduce the risk of children getting lost on
Getting around
The bus stops for buses to either the East to Boscombe and Christchurch or to the West towards, Poole, Sandbanks and Swanage are 50 metres from the apartment. Bournemouth mainline station is half a mile away.
