The space:
Off of the hallway sit 2 newly decorated large double bedrooms and a spacious modern single bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower bath and a bright and spacious open plan kitchen and dining, living area with bi-folds all the way along the back wall. These can be completely opened up to the generous garden area which incorporates 2 patio's, one with a pergola, seating area and hammock, and the other with a x4 person dining table and chairs, and a large canopy umbrella.
To the front of the house is a large driveway, enough to park 3 cars.

Bournemouth town centre is a 10 minute drive away, and so are Bournemouth's beaches. Poole and it's beaches are also a 10 minute drive away.
Beaches -
We would recommend both Branksome beach and Alum chine in the Bournemouth area, they're a short drive away and are a lot less busy than Bournemouth Pier.
In Poole direction, we would recommend both Canford Cliffs & Sandbanks Beach.
If you don't mind a slightly longer drive, you can jump on the ferry and ride across to Studland, where it is super quiet. The Purbecks are also absolutely beautiful.

There is a Tesco Express & a Aldi a 3 minute walk away, there is also a Sainsburys superstore a 3 minute drive away.

We have the New Forest around a 20-30 minute
Getting around
There is a driveway big enough for 3 cars at the bungalow, so driving to where you need to be is easy enough. However, if you'd prefer to leave the car on the drive and head out for the day without the need for parking in town, or so you can have a drink or 2, there are bus stops a 30 second walk away and there are plenty of Taxi's which are reliable and more than often available in and around the area.

This central bungalow sits perfectly between Bournemouth & Poole.
Our bungalow is located off of the Alder Road, in Mossley Avenue. It's the bungalow next to the traffic lights with the 2 wooden posts. However, if you have any problems finding it, please don't hesitate to give us a message or a call.
