This ground floor self catering apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and is a real home from home. It has been completely refurbished and upgraded, with a brand new kitchen in 2022 and two new luxury bathrooms in 2024. The apartment consists of a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, a large master bedroom, a luxury en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a further luxury family bathroom. There is a dining table seating up to six people and a large quartz topped island with four bar stools. Both spacious bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and TVs. The master super king size bed has a new (2023) Emma brand mattress. The newly refitted luxury en suite shower room has a large full width walk in shower with both rainfall and hand held shower options. There's also a large double basin vanity unit offering plenty of storage for toiletries. The newly upgraded family bathroom has a large single ended bath with both rainfall and hand held shower options over the bath and a new luxury vanity unit. The apartment, which is accessed directly from the car park at the rear of Burlington Mansions apartments (no steps), is just 500m from Boscombe Pier and seven miles of award winning sandy beaches, making it the ideal location for a family holiday and for those wishing to make the most of Bournemouth and it's surrounding area in summer or winter. The communal sun terrace at the rear of Burlington Mansions is easily reached from the apartment and is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Free unlimited WiFi internet helps you keep in touch with the outside world and makes the apartment a much more comfortable alternative to staying in a hotel for anyone working away from home. If you are travelling from overseas, we can arrange for you to collect the keys on arrival. This allows you complete flexibility as you do not have to arrive at a pre-arranged time. Whilst we will not be on hand in person during your stay, we are available AT ANY TIME via text, phone or email to answer any questions you might have about the apartment or the local area. Departure - we will leave instructions in the apartment about what to do with the keys upon departure.

Absolutely excellent
We arrived from Austria and had our first stop in London. With the rental car we then went to Bounremouth. After the hectic big city we had an absolutely quiet and fine time in this wonderful apartment. We are impressed by the tranquility, beauty of the landscape and serenity of the people here. The apartment is exactly as all previous guests have written in their reviews – leaving nothing to be desired. Excellent, spacious and lovingly decorated apartment in an excellent area. Everything is spotlessly clean, the parking spaces directly in front of the apartment are very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, which makes the stay really pleasant and homey. The beds are fantastic – I haven't slept so well in a long time. We enjoyed the near to the beach for beach walks and evening drinks during the sunset in the surrounding pubs. In addition, the apartment was the starting point for numerous trips to the surrounding area, such as Jurassic Coast, Abbotsbury or New Forest. Thank you Julia for your hospitality.

Lovely Apartment
We were a party of four and found the apartment was spacious for us all. Great to have two bathrooms and both bedrooms had lots of storage and were big. The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything is of a high standard. Everything you could possibly need is provided. It was lovely to have our own front door straight off the car park. We used the communal terrace a couple of times literally a minute away. The beach/pier is a very short walk away. We tried four restaurants within 5 minutes walk and all were good. We walked to Bournemouth Pier along the sea front in about 15 minutes. A great apartment in a good location. Would definitely stay again. Julia provided us with all the info we needed and although we didn’t need to contact her could tell she would be very responsive. Thank you Julia for a fab week in your beautiful apartment.

Superb Apartment
Superb spacious apartment. Excellent location few minutes walk to sea/town. Two parking places immediately adjacent to apartment very useful when loading/unloading. Spotlessly clean. High quality furnishings and equipment. Fabulous new kitchen with large island, well equipped, built-in double oven, grill, microwave and large fridge freezer. Dishwasher and washer/dryer also provided. Two en-suite bedrooms. Master bedroom particularly spacious. Whole apartment so very comfortable throughout. Owner has given careful thought in every aspect of provision. Every need is catered for. Exceeded our expectations. Would certainly highly recommend to others. Owner very responsive to emails and available to be contacted 24/7 and is to be congratulated on providing such high quality accommodation .

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation with all mod cons and excellent location
The 2 bedroom apartment is just a few minutes from the beach and is furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons and luxury touches such as bath robes, quality towels, Superking bed, quality linen, large Smart tv, excellent wi-fi, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and every piece of cooking equipment one would need. The photos on the website do not do justice as the apartment is much more spacious than expected. The on-site parking is also a huge bonus and is just a few short steps to the front door. It is very close to Boscombe town centre and a big choice of supermarkets. Everything was spotlessly clean and communication with the owners was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I hope to return again soon.

We had an absolute fabulous time, as all the previous reviews have said are all true, the house was a home from home and spotlessly clean, we didn't take a car and could only pack what we could, but Julia has thought of everything the house is really well equipped for all type of families, it was also a lovely thought having milk, tea and coffee already in the flat and also a bottle of wine, when we just arrived after her long journey it was nice to to rush straight to the shops. The flat is close to the beach and you can walk into Bournmouth quite easily and the close surrounding area has lots of choices to eat, we would definitely book again to go back, thanks Julie 😁

Everything you could require.
We have stayed in this wonderful apartment many times over numerous years. It never loses it's attraction. Warm, quiet and well equipped. We call it 'home from home'. We can't wait for another visit.

Beautiful apartment
Well located apartment a short walk to the beach, shops and buses. Inside the apartment it is 5* with every you could need, the owner - Julia was great, with precise instructions and good communication, we look forward to returning in the near future.

Extremely comfortable apartment in an ideal location
I first stayed in this apartment nearly 10 years ago and thought then how lovely it was. I still feel exactly the same about it after my recent stay. In an excellent location - within walking distance of the shops and the beach - this beautiful & extremely clean apartment is incredibly comfortable, very well equipped, has two lovely bathrooms & a spacious master bedroom with a superking size bed. There is a very regular bus service to Bournemouth & to Christchurch, if you don't want to take the car; or you can walk along the beachfront from Boscombe Pier (which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment) to Bournemouth town centre. The provision of 2 car parking spaces is an added bonus. It is also very quiet because it is at the back of the building.

COSY WINTER XMAS SHOPPING BREAK
We had a lovely stay in this beautifully equipped warm and cosy home from home flat. The kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen with plenty of good quality crockery, glass, utensils, equipment (including to my delight a Nespresso coffee machine) which other apartments where we have stayed before have seriously lacked. We cannot fault the cleanliness of the flat, the good quality furniture and linens. The location is excellent and it is great to be able to park very close to the flat. Apart from some days out and some Christmas shopping we didn’t use our car as it is a short easy walk to the beautiful beach for some bracing winter walks and local shops. There is plenty to do on down days as there are loads of dvds to watch and books to read. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to anyone and we will certainly be returning.

The apartment is easily accessible by road, rail or air. Bournemouth mainline railway station is just over 2km from the apartment, with South Western Railways operating services from London Waterloo and Cross Country services operating from Scotland, the North East, the North West and the Midlands. There is a good local bus service which makes a car a convenience rather than a necessity. From further afield, Bournemouth Airport is less than 8km away. A regular shuttle bus runs between the airport and Bournemouth Town Centre.
