We'd like to welcome you to our apartment in Hartford Court, East Cliff, Bournemouth. Hartford Court is a modern apartment block situated in walking distance of the wonderful Bournemouth beaches, pier and town centre. Our apartment is a 7 minute stroll to the beach via a footpath, and within easy walking distance of all other facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Other towns in the area; Poole and Boscombe are easily accessible via the nearby bus stop. It's perfect for holidays, weekend breaks and for visiting family or friends. Our apartment is located on the second floor, accessed by lift (elevator) or stairs. Each bedroom can either be arranged as 2 single beds or as king beds giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred arrangement. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people. About the Apartment  The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing holiday including linen, towels, TV, DVD player, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine. We’ve made sure there are plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. If you drive there is an allocated car parking space just outside the main entrance to the apartment. Bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided. You will be met and shown around by one of our family who'll be happy to help you during your holiday. On stays over 10 days a cleaning and laundry service is provided once a week. Additional maid services can be arranged at cost.  A 7 minute walk through a quiet residential road and a short footpath brings you to the top of one of many so called “zig-zag” paths that give you stunning views as you walk down towards miles of beautiful sandy beaches.  A stroll along either the beach or the paved promenade in either direction will bring you in one direction to the many attractions of Bournemouth and the pier and in the other towards Boscombe pier, the surf reef and the trendy Urban Beach Café.  The BIC, Pier, Shopping Centre paddle board, surf school, Jurassic coast, Sandbanks, Studland are all within easy reach

Great place to stay
A real home from home, better value than staying in a hotel for the weekend with the family. Had everything we needed, even a washing machine. Our grandsons want to comeback and stay there again and so do we.

Excellent location and size for a family holiday
We were a party of 6 adults and 1 child, we got permission from Christine to bring a camp bed for our daughter before booking the accommodation. The Apartment was in a great location, 30mins walk to Bournemouth town, 10mins walk to some of the nice restaurants nearby (Chinese, Malaysian, Steak house, Pizza and British pub). The Boscombe beach is only 10mins walk through Denby road. Or you can drive to the undercliff road and park the car next to the beach and close to the amenities like American Diner and toilets. We enjoyed the beach at Boscombe compared to Bournemouth as is less crowded and very clean. Again you can easily walk to Southbourne or Bournemouth by following the coast. The apartment offers 3 large size bedrooms, all with king size beds which can convert to twin beds as well. One of the bedroom has ensuite walkin shower, the other we managed to have a camp bed for our daughter to sleep on. All bedroom are equiped with nice oak furniture. There is a seperate bathroom with shower over the bath. We have bath towels, beds were made before we arrive. We bought our own towels for the beach. The living room is open plan with kitchen/diner, well equiped with Dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and cooking utensils. We mainly use the kitchen for breakfast and ate out most evenings. It would be an advantage if there is a dryer with the washing machine as our bath towels didn't dry well during the day. And because we only stay at the apartment for 4 nights we didn't get our bedding and towels change. The block of flats offers lift to our floor which is a bonus for our elderly in-laws. 1 parking space was allocated with our flat, so we had to park the 2nd car around the street nearby which we had no problem finding a space at (Denby road, the road near Coop). We would not hesitate to book this apartment again if we are to return to Boscombe for a break. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, great apartment
Clean, well equipped apartment handy for town and beach. Perfect for family stay as open plan kitchen, dining, seating. Good communication and attention to detail. Would recommend.

Great accommodation in a good location
This apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Around 10 mins to get to restaurants etc and a small co-op really close which had everything we needed for a weekend away. We stayed here with our two daughters and son-in-law, all in their 20's. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed being able to park the car and just walk everywhere for the weekend. The weather forecast wasn't great but there are plenty of indoor activities within easy reach. We chose to do Mr. Mulligans indoor golf and Centre VR (Virtual Reality games). We booked these on the Friday and you would definately need to pre-book both of these activities if you wanted to do them at the weekend. We got Groupon vouchers for Centre VR which saved quite a bit of money. We really enjoyed both of these and would recommend them for older children, teens, and adults. Despite the forecast we did have some sunny spells and some lovely (blustery!) walks along the beach and enjoyed watching the kite surfing and surfing. I can't fault the apartment. It's lovely and clean and was cosy and warm so will be ideal for either a summer or winter break.

Immaculate presented apartment close to beach
The location is easy to find, close to Bournemouth on main road to Boscombe. Gary met us on arrival and showed us around. We were immediately impressed with how clean the apartment was. Everything we needed was supplied for a family holiday with 4 adults and 2 young children. A short walk to beach down the 'zig-zag' footpath. Also the co-op is 200 yards away for any food shopping you might need. We'll certainly visit again if we get the chance.

Excellent apartment, well situated, clean and well presented and it's equipped with everything you could need. Chris and Gary were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy too. Lots to do in the area and I'm sure we'll be back.

Clean and modern
Clean and tidy modern apartment. Short walk to the beach . 10mins towards the town centre to get to the first of a huge number of pubs/bars and restaurants. The Old Christchurch Road has an excellent selection of cuisine from around the world. Probably about a 25min leisurely walk to the main centre of town going this route. A very pleasant short stay.

So much to offer
Accommodation was of a very high standard, location was good and not far from the centre of Bournemouth. Beach and local convience stores located a short walk away. Good wifi connection, with a few minor changes would upgrade my rating to a five 😊.

About the neighbourhood
East Cliff beach is one of the two primary Bournemouth beaches and occupies the beach strand from just east of Bournemouth Pier up to Boscombe pier. It is about 1.5 miles in length. It is without doubt one of the cleanest and best cared for beaches in the country.The beach (unsurprisingly) lies at the base of Bournemouth East Cliff. The beach itself is almost solely comprised of fine cream coloured sand and is about 60 meters wide.Directly at the back of the beach is the promenade and access road called the Undercliff Drive. Bournemouth council has a row of beach huts along Undercliff Drive that can be hired on a daily basis.
Getting around
If you don't bring a car, Bournemouth main line station and coach stationis a 10 minute walk and buses east to Boscombe, Southbourne and Christchurch and west to Poole, Studland and Swanage stop almost outside the door.

How to get there
Bournemouth is well served by all forms of transport. Bournemouth mainline train and coach station are about half a mile away, the airport is a 10 minute drive and the ferry port at Poole is a 15 minute drive (traffic dependent). Public transport links are very close by with buses to the east towards Boscombe and Christchurch and to the west towards Poole, Sandbanks easily accessible via the bus stop a few metres from Hartford Court.
