Boscombe Pier offers surf shops and surf school nearby and the urban reef and Bournemouth Pier offers amusements, Zip wire, indoor climbing wall, the rock reef adventure activities and amusements. The promenade runs from Mudeford Quay/ Hengistbury Head in the East through to Sandbanks in the West. Bournemouth is a traditional town with a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. The square offers regular themes. No smoking inside the accommodation. Noise within the communal areas of the building are to be kept to a minimum. No parties are to be held within the apartment. Check in time 2.30pm -5.30pm unless agreed at time of booking. Check out time before 10am. Only guests booked in to stay at property.

Excellent accommodation
Very clean and tidy. Central and great location. Only few mins walk to fantastic sandy beaches! Host communication was brilliant and left lots of welcoming finishing touches! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay and visit Bournemouth

Good location and accommodation
The apartment is very well located on Christchurch road. A bonus is to have reserved parking on site. The accommodation is modern and well appointed and Jo the owner is friendly and very helpful and provides everything you need in the apartment. The bus service in Bournemouth is excellent so we didn't need to use the car since most locations are covered with something like 3 buses an hour. The beaches are reached by a road opposite the apartment followed by a footpath and a zig-zag descent which keeps you fit. There is metered parking on the promenade so you can get there by car. A land train covers the promenade in sections for most of its length. Altogether a good experience helped by good weather.

Clean and convenient holiday location
No problems. Apartment was suitable for us a married couple and our mother. Well located and Jo a friendly and helpful host.

Great stay in Bournemouth near beach
Lovely stay at Jo s in Bournemouth. 2 bed both doubles one has an additional single or can be 3 singles. Comfy beds. 2 shower rooms. Comfy, clean. Small kitchen but all you need inc washing machine. Average sized lounge inc dining table for 6 and 3 and 2 seater sofa flat screen TV on wall. Extra touches from Jo in our case milk and biscuits think she varies this to family needs ? She could not have been more helpful pleasure to deal with. Beach over the road right along road and down a zig zag hill very walkable or there is parking there. I walked down and along the beach most days. Coop shop with varied stock inc pizza etc is 1 min away from apartment. Would stay again. Hope this is useful to other travellers? Also noted kid safe plugs in all unused sockets in lounge and opened a cupboards to see high chair type seat and travel cot so she seems to have all needs covered ? Any questions message her she comes back quickly in my experience either immediately if online or within same day. Highly recommended.

Great venue for a stay in Bournemouth
Visited with friends for a convention weekend. Super accommodation. Welcoming host who also provided some good advice about where to visit and eat during our stay. Very helpful would pick here again for next time.

Free parking space, close to the beach and local shops was just down the road.
The apartment was clean and tidy with lots of DVD's and games for all to enjoy. Location was just great for us, as we wanted to spend more time on the beach which was just done the road. The owner, Jo was very warm in welcoming us, helpful and friendly too :) My sisters and I had a great time and the place was just perfect for us.

Excellent location, Beach door step, Beautiful reception. Very great family-friendly.
Location was perfect, Nearby amenities was easily accessible. Seaside Beach was great too. Apartment was very neat and tidy. Owner is exceptionally warm in welcoming us and very friendly. Went out of her way to make provision for the children before our arrival. Excellent response to our needs when we called. We will visit again. We will surely recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Clean and comfortable
This is a clean and comfortable apartment. Christina was there to meet us and answered our questions. Close to Boscombe sea front (eastern end of Bournemouth) and about 15 mins walk to both rail and bus stations. A minor problem for us was that the wi-fi is mobile only (not a router) and I could only connect through my mobile phone which could prove expensive.

Gut ausgestatte, gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Schönes Ferienappartment; ideall für 4 Personen, da zwei separate Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Gute Ausstattung; sauber und gepflegt. Eigentümerin Christa W. war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; Kaution wurde gleich beim Auszug bar zurück gegeben. Strand von Bournemouth in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen; der von Boscombe in ca. 15 Minuten. Supermärkte und Geschäfte in der Nähe (mit Auto) gut zu erreichen. Einziges, nennenswertes Manko war die Lage an einer stark frequentierten Straße. Bei offenen Fenstern war der Verkehrslärm störend.

Clean, bright and practical, in perfect location
I would very much recommend this property. We had a great stay here in August, two adults and two young children (3 and 5). The flat has everything you need, 2 bedrooms (with extremely comfy beds), 2 bathrooms, lounge and a small, but well equipped kitchen - very convenient when travelling with small children. The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach, short walk to the town centre as well as the train and bus station. Asda and Tesco are both located nearby, and bus-stops for Boscombe, Christchurch and Poole are right outside the door. The owner is very accommodating and helpful and made every effort to make us feel welcome.

How to get there
If you approach from the M27. West bound, travel onto A31 through the New Forest. Follow signs for A338 to Bournemouth. Come off the exit for Bournemouth coach / bus and Train station ( you will see Asda on the left.) At the roundabout go straight ahead. ( 2nd exit). At the next roundabout take the first exit on you right. You will now be on Christchurch Road. Before you reach a set of pedestrian crossing lights Hartford Court is on the left hand side opposite a bus shelter. Follow the driveway all the round the building until you see parking bay 11 located at the front. Please only park in this space as it is allocated for your stay. Do not park in other parking bays as they are designated to other guests or residents.
