Apartment 16 is located within a brand new, purpose built development of studios and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Boasting an excellent location with a five minute walk to the Blue Flag beaches or into Bournemouth’s vibrant town centre. Each individual apartment has been finished to a high specification, with an eye for detail, to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. All of the apartment’s have new LCD T.Vs in the lounges and bedrooms, under floor heating, laptop safes, USB, full size kitchens with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils. This apartment also has the benefit of a balcony. Upon request we will provide highchairs and cots at no additional cost. The building has a Lift to allow access to all floors. Check in is from 1500hrs and due to the building been unmanned you are able to arrive at a time convenient to yourselves. An emergency contact number will be sent to you within the e-mail.

We stayed as a group of 16 and were split between 3 apartments which worked perfectly. We had such a lovely stay and we were all so impressed with the apartments. I stayed in the Penthouse with 4 other girls so having 2 bathrooms was...More

The apartment was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a couple of nights. Miriam was also absolutely amazing and very friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

The apartment is located in an enviable position on the West Side of Bournemouth within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Bournemouth town centre is approximately a ten minute walk. The closest beach Durley Chine is under a ten minute walk, alternatively the pier and gardens are a ten-fifteen minute walk. Bus stops that serve all directions are a minutes walk from the apartment. Alternatively the apartment serves as a great base for exploring the wider area including Sandbanks, the Jurassic Coast and the wonderful New Forest. Bournemouth coach and train station is under a couple of miles, giving you the opportunity to visit London for the day.

The apartments are located in a superb position for transport links both local and national. Parking is provided behind automated security gates, on a first come basis and is not guaranteed. If parking is not available to you, unrestricted, free street parking can be found in nearby Marlborough Road, in this situation please feel free to unload in the car park.
