A fully self contained 2 bedroom ground floor flat, with a large enclosed south facing garden, which has direct access into National trust woodland. Dog walking and cycle paths right on your doorstep. Peregrine watching can be viewed from Cann Viaduct which is with in walking distant from the flat We are a short journey from the edge of Dartmoor, Plymouth city centre , the A38 Devon expressway, Derriford Hospital and only a 4 mile journey away takes you in to Cornwall via the Tamar Bridge. Plymouth Barbican is just under 4 miles away ,which is surrounded by history and there are many places to eat, drink and to be entertained by. Plymouth Railway is 3.6 miles away and Brittany Ferries is 4.6 miles away

Flat very clean in lovely peaceful location. Woodland walks just at the bottom of the garden with wild deer roaming too. Ideal base, fully equipped flat. Thank you for the milk on arrival for a much needed cup of tea. Enjoyed our stay, many thanks.

I was so impressed with how clean the property was, very pleasant stay . Peter had even put some fresh milk in the fridge ready for that important brew after a long drive, so thoughtful thank you. There was no shortage of things to do...More

Not happy with accommodation, needs renovating in the bathroom and bedrooms, insufficident heat in kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom, not suitable for a winter breakMore

Thank you for your comments I am unaware of any problems with the heating system which was recently installed and is still under warranty , if you had notifiedied me at the time, I would have made every effort to rectify any issues you had....More
