Spacious Property but not that cosy or warm
Big property but let down by the heating system - it is not possible to have the hot water on at the same time as the heating as it blows the system so we were not able to have a bath in the evening as the water was not hot enough as we needed the heating on and the room upstairs is very large and difficult to heat - not very cosy. There is a sofa upstairs which is completely worn out and needs to be in a skjp! Generally the property was clean and quite well equipped with a very large bed in the main bedroom but it was quite knocked about and there is a hotel right outside the window which is being refurbished so it was noisy during the week from about 8am. Also there is no parking nearby - the parking is across the road and the access to the property is up a very steep pedestrian lane - you need to be quite able-bodied to get your luggage in as the property is then up a steep flight of stairs.
