The late Georgian house is located a few minutes walk from the main centre, so is quiet yet accessible to the many restaurants, pubs, shops and attractions. The property has everything needed for a family or group of four to enjoy the boats, celebratory restaurants, the beaches, the coast path, National Trust Gardens, River Dart Estuary.

A sheltered small private garden and timber deck are great for morning and evening relaxing. With central heating and wood burner, the property is also ideal all year round.

The autumn colours of the oak woodlands along the Dart are spectacular.

RENTAL RATE IS FOR HIRE OF THE COTTAGE: THE GROUP SIZE DOES NOT CHANGE THIS (MAX 4 adults). WE LET THE COTTAGE ON A WEEKLY BASIS GENERALLY. We generally offer the property on a weekly basis only; Friday to Friday. However we may be able to offer the property for long weekends subject to other bookings and availability out of main Season or Late Offers. 3 days generally 80% of weekly rate, 4 days 85%. Please contact us to discuss. We do not make reductions for couples.
A £150 security charge is made and this is refundable at the end of the rental period.
An additional heating charge of £25/week or £15/long weekend is made during the winter heating season (October to May half term) for fuel costs (logs for woodburner etc.).
We can accept payments by cheque but prefer electronic bank transfer. Payment in GBP please. PayPal may also be used (Debit and Credit Cards via PayPal) but guests will be responsible for the additional PayPal charges (currently 1.4% but please check). This will be...

The Cottage is located on the edge of the historic core of Dartmouth so all the quaint historic streets, the wide selection of fine restaurants, bars, cafe's, galleries and shops, are just a few minutes walk away.

Dartmouth is arguably the finest harbour town in the South West. It has a wonderful eclectic mixture of architecture from Medieval times right through to the present day. It is renowned for its boutique shops, art galleries, delicatessens, gourmet restaurants and bars. It has something to offer everyone.
