The town centre, beaches and coastal footpath are all within a 10/15 minute walk. Burthallan lane is located on the edge of town and is a quite semi-rural location. A haven from the traffic of a popular tourist town. The apartment has Free WiFi and under floor central heated making it perfect for all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay including electric fan oven, electric ceramic hob, extractor, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and pots, pans, crockery, tea towels, & oven glove. The bathroom with a showerbath, basin, toilet, towel rail and lighted cabinet with mirror. The apartment is ideal for guests with Dogs (allowed by arrangement) as it is on a rural lane leading to the coastal footpath at Clodgy point. The apartment has a small patio area and garden lawn to the side and front. We have private car parking for the apartment and additional parking in our car parking area which we allow over flow parking for The Garrack Hotel. The hotel facilities are available (guest pays direct) should you wish to use during your stay: restaurant and leisure facilities (indoor pool & cafe/bar). More

Everything you could wish for. Quiet location with spectacular views. Very clean and comfortable very thoughtfully equipped. Our two dogs enjoyed the spacious layout and garden. Would fully recommend and would certainly come again

How to get there
Directions from the A30.Following signs for St Ives you will turn off the A30. 2nd mini roundabout. 1st Left turn - Day visitor route to avoid Traffic congestion in the town centre. Follow brown tourist signs for the Tate Gallery. Continue on this road for 3 miles. You will arrive at a T-junction (B3311). Turn right. Continue for approx. 1 mile (passing Halsetown). Arrive at junction with B3306. Turn right head towards St Ives and follow brown signs for the Tate Gallery. Another 1/2 mile to a set of 2 mini roundabouts. 1st left 1st mini roundabout. (OFF 2nd roundabout is a CO OP store if you need any basic provisions). Follow Brown signs for The Garrack Hotel for shared entrance. Drive into top car park above hotel. Granite house on your left. Ground floor Grey Entrance door.
