Located just a few minutes walk from both Fistral beach, Newquay harbour and the town centre. This two bedroom semi detached house is a perfect base for your holiday. Benefiting from a reverse living space allowing a wide view of the sea from the lounge, whilst the bedrooms and bathrooms are located at ground floor. The open plan kitchen has an electric oven, toaster, microwave along with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge and freezer. Dining space for 6 and in the lounge theres a large sofa. There's a small balcony off the lounge affording a view over Fistral. Free WiFi. TV with Netflix Main bedroom has a King size (5ft) bed with wardrobe and dresser. A patio door leads on to a small outside decked area. Outside there is a garage for easy storage of surfboards and wetsuits. There is free parking for a car in the front of the house, however due to our shared drive no large vans or SUVs. A parking pass for larger vehicles at Belmont car park can be obtained via Cornwall council. During July and August only Saturday to Saturday bookings taken. Unless prior agreement sought. Well behaved pets are welcome at an extra fee. More

Newquay is set on a gradual slope heading to the sea. However the proerty is situated on the flat with the town centre in one direction and the footpath through the golf course on the other, allowing the best and easiest way to fistral beach. Newquay has various restaurants, bars and shops. Many beaches and walking paths to discover
Getting around
Newquay has a train station within 15 minutes walk from the house. A regular bus service runs through the town centre.
