Private balcony accessed from the master bedroom on the top floor. * Parking: 2 parking spaces, one is located directly opposite the front gate, the other is 50m along the road towards Looe. All are clearly signed, please keep to the designated bays. * Family facilities: Travel cot provided. Fixed stairgates in place at the bottom of both sets of stairs. * Pets: 2 pets allowed at £25 per pet per week - we will contact you regarding this at the time of booking * General: WiFi included, gas and electricity included in rent; gas-fired central heating, wood burning stove - logs not supplied * Important notes: No smoking. The property has 22 steps in three sections up to the decking and entrance door. There is approx. 200m of road from the house to the pavement which leads to Looe. * Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
