Family trip
Stayed for 5 nights with 2 kids. Accommodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was central to the local amenities & a good staging post for exploring the wider region. A car parking spot is a minute or 2 away and we tended to park up and drive down to the quay with supplies when it was quieter in the evening. All in all, a nice apartment and very happy to recommend.

Apartment was well furnished and immaculate
Accommodation was excellent ,location in the centre of the restaurant area was ideal and the view was a real bonus. The balcony which we thought was a big bonus was never used due to the weather and only getting the sun in the morning My wife counted the 42 step staircase which I suppose we should have expected. The access for offloading was awkward due to the narrow entrance road, parking cameras and archway. We were allocated a parking space about 250 yards away which was very narrow for my SUV.Value for money - yes it was. Would we book this again? , yes we would as long as we can manage the 42 steps for all our luggage!

Comfortable apartment with the best view in Falmouth.
St Keverne is a very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed watching the yachts, ferries and pilot boats coming and going and were fortunate to see RN ships pulled by tugs at close hand. Very handy for shops and the ferry to St Mawes. I enjoyed lovely sunny breakfasts on the balcony. Generous feel to it all... heating, hot water, loo rolls all abundant.

Lovely week in Falmouth
Well equipped cosy apartment overlooking the harbour close to bars, restaurants, shops and takeaways. We loved the view from the apartment and the fact we could walk, boat, bus or train out of town to find stunning walks.

A clean and cosy home from home right in the centre of Falmouth
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour's Reach. Tim was there to help guide us into the carport, and welcome us to town. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and located right in the middle of Falmouth, and right on the waterfront. It's so central in fact, that we found we didn't need to use the car once during our entire stay. Gylly Beach is a ten-minute walk away; the Stable, the Chain Locker, and the Quayside are all right next door; and despite the welcome quiet of the apartment itself, Falmouth's Main Street is quite literally a stone's throw behind the building. We'll absolutely be booking a future stay at Harbour's Reach, and we already have friend who've expressed an interest in booking their own stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Thanks for everything, Tim - we'll see you again soon!

Great apartment with super views
Apartment lived up to the description and pictures. Super view and ultra handy having allocated parking included. Although being right in the middle of Falmouth, it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again

Impressive apartment with outstanding views
A great find. The apartment was delightfully situated. It was spacious, light, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was a real bonus enabling the enjoyment of the delightful view. Centrally situated but remarkably quiet. The owner and his son were most welcoming and helpful. Whilst we were involved locally with the Shanty Festival our family were able to enjoy the surrounding area. The nearby beach was a bonus. Eating facilities in the town were variable. A lovely meal in the Harbour Reach restaurant but the Fish and Chips in the Main Street were disappointing. Water sports centre crab sandwiches were a great disappointment. We had an excellent stay.

Lovely apartment, spotless with everything you need - nice surprise of milk and Prosecco in the fridge! Tim was very helpful and we really appreciated him sorting out a cot and high chair for my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

Central with Stunning Views
The Location & the views from the elevated view at St Keverne make this a very good value for money property. A short walk from the railway station & local ferries & very close to some excellent local eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our self catering stay at Harbour's Reach (most aptly named) & hope to return one day in the Future. Thank you Tim, a very helpful owner!
