?This very stylish home with a large magnificent historic window in a Grade II Listed House in the centre of Bristol sleeps 7 guests comfortably. Located right on College Green opposite the Marriott Hotel, close to Park Street and the Harbour side is the ideal location for Bristol adventures. The home has been recently redecorated in a contemporary and clean style which works very well with the buildings historic past. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. The 3 bedrooms come with double beds. All bedrooms and the living room have comfortable carpet throughout. The large and bright kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking and gathering. The kitchen area is adjacent to the modern dining room as well as the living room area. The living room has two very large sofas, one functioning as a sofa bed for an additional guest, and a mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. It also features the homes most unique trait, the large window towards the street which makes sure the living area is supplied with a lot of light. All bedroom are on the opposite side of the home, ensuring a good night's sleep. It’s also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space, such as a desk and workstation to get work done should you need it. There are also a washer, dryer and an iron should you want to use them. There are parking spaces close by should you need to park your car. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Please reach out through this listing if you have any questions, as I am always on call and available to my guests if needed. The home is located in the very centre of Bristol close to many attractions and is walking distance from many of the town's historical sites such as the cathedral, St. Marks and others as well as lots of other things to see and do around town. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The home is also just a moment’s walk from the fabulous Hippodrome. The home profits from being in such a great location. Since you’re so close to the river and other attractions, this place is perfect for someone who wants to explore beautiful Bristol by foot. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk. This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. This home is beautifully designed, but is not childproofed. Guests who want to bring younger children should be aware that it may not be suitable for little ones. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. When I rent a flat at this price I expect it to live up to the listing and have working facilities. What we actually found is an unfinished and possibly unsafe, electrical installation and contrary to the description (still not corrected a month later) there...More
