Oceanfront cottage on Cocagne Bay, in Grande-Digue, near Shediac. Private beach. 2 min from Cocagne; 10 min from Bouctouche and Shediac; 25 min from Moncton. Sleeps seven in triple and two double bedrooms. Wi-fi, linen and towels included. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Washing machine. Large tiered patio deck with BBQ. No smoking or pets. Crib available upon request.

Only value is its location
A good place to stay, geographically. Close to lots of sightseeing, and located right on the water. Beautifully located. The cottage itself is not impressive. Uncomfortable beds; small, cramped, not very clean bathroom; doors do not close properly; in general it is in need of updating and repair. Many of the promised amenities were not actually on site (i.e. firewood, coffee, shampoo, soap). The host was communicative prior to our arrival but only responded to one e-mail after we arrived. Ignored follow-up e-mails and phone calls/voicemails. Host blamed some of the outdoor damage (no steps to the beach, broken BBQ, broken steps on the deck) on a hurricane earlier in the summer, but would have hoped he would have repaired prior to our arrival or else offered a discount.

Cottage parfais pour une jeune famille
Cottage avec toutes les commodités, belle vue sur la baie, tranquille, idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. À 30 min de Moncton et 15 min. de Shédiac. Nous avons adoré notre séjours.

Merveilleux
Un véritable ravissement, un lieu d'exception, nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux. Une habitation idéalement située qui offre je le suppose une énorme satisfaction a ses occupants peu importe la saison de l'année.. Un grand merci au propriétaire de ce bien immobilier, il mérite grandement la qualification d'excellence en ce qui concerne l'accueil et l'accompagnement de ses vacanciers et le bien être qu'il nous a offert au quotidien.
