This 18th Century house,steeped in history is now fully renovated and open as a Chambre d'hote. Located in the middle of the bustling village of Aulnay. Just 15 minutes from St Jean d'Angely and junction 34 of the A10 (Paris to Bordeaux autoroute) We have 5 very different Chambre d'hote rooms. Each individually available, with shared guest space included. La Nie This room is in a separate part of the house to the other rooms and benefits from it's own corridor off the main living area. With it's lovingly restored wooden ceiling and floors, La Nie in the Summer is our coolest room, being on the other side of the house. This also has a double bed. We have converted a very old house, the windows are enormous with no child barriers, every room has either stairs to get to it, or a step or two in the room or ensuite. We have a house full of character which unfortunately may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or children under 12.
