Entering this bright and inviting property you will find a beautiful light-filled lounge with plenty of seating,TV/DVD,Hi-Fi,a vaulted beamed ceiling,large arched window and a kiln-shaped stone fireplace with an open fire. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with a double oven and hob,dishwasher,microwave,fridge,freezer and washing machine,and two sets of French doors which lead onto the decked area outside. The dryer is housed in the garage. Exploring the ground floor further,there’s both a children’s playroom with games and toys,and a games room with table tennis and TV,the latter with French doors to the terrace. There is also a ground-floor WC which is reached via three steps and a utility room. The open-tread staircase from the games room leads up to a beamed double room with a low feature window and low eaves. The stairs in the hallway lead up to the main part of the first floor where you will find a twin room with a set of bunk beds, 2 double bedrooms (one with a vaulted beamed ceiling and balcony) and a compact double bedroom. You will also find a shower room with shower and WC and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower (no WC). There is a separate WC adjacent. Please note,there are a number of internal steps throughout the ground floor. Outside you can relax on the large raised paved terrace or decked area which enjoys fantastic views and makes an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or a BBQ. The extensive garden which surrounds the house on three sides features a series of steps and is mostly laid to lawn,with plenty of shrubs,trees,and a vegetable patch. Bikes can be stored in the garage,and there is ample off-road parking available.   More
