This pretty whitewashed Pembrokeshire cottage makes a perfect holiday home from home and is just a quarter of a mile from the coastal path. It's just a few minutes' drive from St Davids, Britain's smallest cathedral city, where you will find a good selection of individual shops, galleries, eateries and pubs. Abereiddi beach, the Blue Lagoon, Porthgain and Whitesands beach are all within 4 miles or less of the cottage. The coastal bus passes by regularly enabling visitors to walk different stretches of the Pembrokeshire coastal path each day. The cottage is immaculately clean and tidy throughout. It is furnished with a breakfast bar and two stools, dining table, 2 chairs, Welsh settle, Welsh dresser and 4 comfortable armchairs. The galley KITCHEN has a range of fitted units, gas cooker, side by side fridge and freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. A door leads into the garden from the kitchen. The comfortable PARLOUR / SITTING ROOM has a gas fire in a stone fireplace and a beamed ceiling. It is furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, large flat screen TV, DVD player, occasional furniture, dresser and bureau. Stairs lead from the dining room to a half landing. The spacious BATHROOM has a suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin. First Floor There are TWO BEDROOMS. Both bedrooms have sloped and beamed ceilings with a velux window in each offering sea views. Each is furnished with a double bed as well as a single enabling a couple or two friends/or a small family to share each room. Each room also has a chest of drawers, bedside tables and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a small sofa too. Garden and Parking There is a large lawned garden to the side of the cottage with a patio area and plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbecue. The garden has shrubs, small trees and attractive borders. There is a low wall, hedge and fencing panels making it a safe place for supervised children and pets to enjoy. There is parking for 4 cars on the drive in front of the cottage. Other Information There is oil central heating throughout the cottage - this is included in the rental. A complimentary basket of logs is provided for the fire and more can be purchased locally. A travel cot, highchair and a stairgate are available on request. A bath and hand towel are provided for each guest, please bring your own beach towels. Up to two pets are welcomed. WiFi enabled. More
