Room Amenity The cottage main front door is located off the circular driveway past the second gate. There are a few steps down from the drive to the front door, which opens onto a small boot room before a second door opens onto the welcoming hallway. This warm and inviting spacious room contains: The original large inglenook fireplace, where you can still find the bread ovens, has been converted into a lovely area for games and reading. 4-seater sofa, plus two large oversized comfy armchairs Windows out to the front garden Wooden chess set Wall 49” mounted television From this snug/living room, 1 1/2 steps up lead to: Formal living room A bright and airy room with a magnificent wood-burning fireplace with seating for the entire group, once again the beautiful exposed beams and original stonework add character and charm. Double aspect windows provide light and views of the countryside. · Two large window seats · Two 4-seater sofas · Armchair and 2 x sitting stools · Large coffee table · Cards table · Original artwork · Wood-burning fireplace A single step at the back of the formal living room takes you into the playroom/bedroom 5 Playroom/Bedroom 5 With a few toys and bookshelves filled with a range of books, this is a great space for children to use their imagination or teenagers to watch a film. Also is available as an additional bedroom for large groups. · Double sofa bed · Wall mounted 49” television · Armchair · Board games and children's toys and stools Through a door ten steps take you up to the first floor landing and the main bedroom area Master Bedroom 1 Double aspect windows give you a picturesque view over the grounds making it a peaceful escape.
