Villa
Loveland Villa boasts a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and a lovely tropical breeze throughout the day. This view is a 180 degrees view can can be see seen from two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a garden view. You can also see the world famous Golden Eye Hotel and James Bond beach from the beautiful long comfortably furnished front verandah. While the villa allows for total peace and relaxation it is only minutes away from Ocho Rios a vibrant tourist city. In Ocho Rios there are numerous and various day and night activities. Loveland has a private beach access and free wi-fi services. On property there is a private pool safe enough for children, a laundry room with twin tubs and a washing machine. There is a kitchen with all modern amenities, a private garden with tropical trees...

Wonderful time in Oracabessa!
My family and I stayed at the Loveland Villa for a week and we had a great time. The ocean views were spectacular and the surroundings were calm and serene. The hosts Donna and Reggie made us feel at home and were helpful and responsive tthroughout our stay.

Here's what the pool looked like.
I put a hot pink shirt at the bottom of the pool to show how murky the pool was. It was not cleaned once while we were there. Therefore we never swam in it. There were water bugs and debris.

I have responded to your wife's review already. I just want to say to stop and think.
The man who cleans the pool was there the morning you checked out and you both spoke with him. He came on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday to test and clean (that is to add chemical/s if needed and to vacuum if required) in addition to coming in on Sunday and Tuesday to monitor the filter and remove leaves etc. The housekeeper also helps daily to remove leaves etc. that may have been blown in the pool.
You both wanted to have all the policies changed to accommodate you. We were and are unable to do that. So the threats you made about giving the bad review if I did not give in to your demands was not sufficient reason for changing any policy.
I hope you found accommodation that was to your liking. Also please stop the numerous emails. Thank you.

disappointed
this used to be our favorite villa in Jamaica....but now the owner is letting his wife run the show and she is not very friendly....the pool is dirty with no chlorine and hasn't been cleaned in at least 5 days which makes it not useable and the private beach has a new lock on it that we don't have the key to,,,,and the help is under foot all day even when we asked for them not to be....the washer is not for your use they charge 10 per load ....there is no wifi like they said so forget about watching tv....no pool no beach access no wifi no privacy....no return customers....reggie take the care of this villa away from your wife she is not user friendly

I am sorry you are disappointed because I have not agreed to have the Villa remain uncleaned until you have checked out that is uncleaned for three weeks. In addition to the other reasons.
Personal laundry attracts a fee from $5. The housekeeper comes in daily and spent about 1hour and a half cleaning and changing sheets and towels etc.
The pool is and has always been properly maintained. It was cleaned and tested four times since you checked in on Saturday. You said your computer was not working so you did not use the wifi. You were also provided with the password for the wifi.

To give a bad review because you did not get your own way, is very unkind and dishonest. I will refrain from stating the reasons you had to leave early.

great rental beautiful view, great service
Loveland is a great place to rent. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is well prepared.
The house is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view and a more than comfortable terrace to sit in the evenings or throughout the day.
The cook, Sonia is wonderful and David the gardener/ property assistant is very helpful and accommodating.
Thanks so much to the Owners Reginald and Donna for a home-away- from- home experience, we will definitely be back!
