Our overall stay is good. There were a few hiccups in the beginning such as Internet & phone service interruption and elevator not working. Otherwise, the location worked for us since it is close to family. The grocery store nearby & laundry service onsite is a plus. I like the fact that it has security service. It is weird however that guests has to pay for parking. Nonetheless, we are satisfied on our accommodation. It is perfect for a family of five.

condo was so amazing. Feel liked your home fully furnished and very comfortable. Very convenient outside many stores surrounds. My family really enjoyed and have so much fun to stayed at your condo.

The location is good. The Owner's daughter Apple and her husband were wonderful. The Unit is clean and if you need something they will response immediately. I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stay in Manila especially for those who prefer to stay in Pasig area.

I really enjoyed staying in this condo. The owners are super nice and very helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and safe. The wifi was fast. There's plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket 2 minutes away.

Stayed for 10 days 9 nights, hassle free, good locations near to big supermarket, McDonalds, KFC and many food establishment. Will definitely return. Friendly owners....

The apartment fits our family of 4. The unit is clean and equipped with kitchen utensils and basic condiments. Our kids loved the swimming pool, we rented the clubhouse and the KTV room both are spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to change the bed mattress on the master bedroom. The mattress is hard and you can feel the metal spring on your back. Other than that, we have a pleasant stay at East Ortigas Mansion, everybody is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to our friends.

in short,we like it.some concerns about the place.first,the aluminum door does not locked from the inside (safety).secondly,the hot water does not work of which the ads says it has hot water and last is we payed before playing billiards which is supposed to be free for renters?the owners are nice and kind.we love to come back the next time around.

We stayed at this place during the last week of Feb through the beginning of March. The rate includes utilities and use of internet and also a parking spot! It's a real great deal if you'd rather spend your bucks doing side trips here and there like we did. The unit can comfortably fit about 5 people. It was just me and my boyfriend, however, who stayed there and we used the second room as the main storage for luggages etc. The owners, Mhel and Odie are very nice and welcoming. They even picked us up from the airport despite our late arrival. The location is within decent driving distance from a lot of places. The only CON? It is difficult to get a cab during the day even if there's a taxi bay in front of the village. Traffic was horrendous, too. And I'm guessing it's due to the ongoing road construction nearby. Overall, the location, rate and amenities of this place are great!
