House Rental
Experience waterfront living just minutes from wineries, fine dining, and all that Prince Edward County has to offer. This home is set up to enjoy! Ideal for family gatherings and friends.The expansive deck is almost ON the water, amazing views, deep water dock.
Weekly rentals June-September, shorter terms also available other times of the year
The house can accommodate more guests but rates are quoted for 8 guests. There is an extra guest fee that will be applied to guests above 8.
There is a hot tub available for use and $50 per day will be charged for the duration of the stay. Please let us know if you want to use it
We want you to enjoy our place but be respectful and treat is as your own.

Please close all doors and windows before departure. Maximum garbage limit of 2 bags including recycling per stay. Excess garbage removal fee of $65. The use of the hot tub is is not included and can be arranged for a fee.There is a charge of $50 per day deducted from security deposit if used. The fan must remain on low. Gas fireplace must be used when on premise only.Quiet time starts at 11 pm.Please be respectful as sound carries over water. There is a $500 charge for nonobservance.

Amazing moment
We were 2 couples with 5 young children and we had a wonderful time. The house and location exceeded our expectations. the house is super big, everything was super clean with all the amenities imaginable. We were welcomed in a wonderful way, everything was simple and very well marked. The terrace is literally breathtaking. We liked the place so much that we immediately booked for next year. We recommend this place to everyone without exception :)

Amazing Large Lakefront Cottage with Beautiful Views
The Location is amazing -on the lake with beautiful views. This is a large family Friendly Cottage with all the amenities and lake front hot tub. Saima was an amazing host with lots f tips and always just a phone call away. We will be visiting every year.

Definitely would stay here again
The place was beautiful. Stayed there with my family and we had a very comfortable stay. Gorgeous views, clean and fully equipped, and lovely rooms with very comfy beds! Even enjoyed a bonfire one night. Make sure to check out the jacuzzi hot tub, its very relaxing.

Beautiful lakeside retreat.
Had a wonderful stay here. The view was beautiful, on the water. Lovely huge deck for rest and relaxation , home was very comfortable and so clean. Bedrooms so clean and fresh. Will definitely go back there!

Witnessed the most beautiful sunrises in this brightly lit pristine Lake house!!
We rented this Lake House for a family vacation in late August 2017. The home is renovated and has a full kitchen equipped with all you will need to cook for your family while facing gorgeous lake views....just bring the groceries. There is a Metro Grocery nearby. This home has 2 gorgeous bedrooms that face the lake with the most comfortable beds. There is a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds as well as a pull out couch on the main floor. Two fully renovated washrooms upstairs and a two piece on the main floor including a laundry room. The living room area was a wonderful place for my family to gather and read or watch a movie at night....bring your own dvds or stream movies through your computer on the large screen tv. We built a bonfire in the fire pit right on the the expansive deck at night and during the days enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub or muskoka chairs while experiencing the surrounding tranquility and views of calm waters on the Bay of Quinte. AS mentioned before the sunrises are breathtaking!! This is a very bright and cheerful home! You cannot swim in the Bay of Quinte unless you like long grass wrapping around your legs but there is a lovely dock and a boat launch. My kids did go out on the canoe and kayaks and enjoyed themselves. There was no place to rent boats or jet skies this year as the water levels were too high due to extreme rainfall but it was an unusual year. You can take drives to Historic Picton for ice cream or dinner at Portabella's Restaurant and you are 20 minutes to Sandbanks if you want to swim on a gorgeous sandy beach. There is wine country nearby in Wellington. The drives throughout the County are glorious. Looking forward to visiting and staying at the Lake House again!
