This lovely apartment is located in the popular gated urbanisation Princess Park. Boasting two beautiful bedrooms, cream marble floors and amazing sea views. The large lounge is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and equipped with flat screen smart TV with Blue Ray DVD player and access to British TV channels and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and double sink set in marble. There is also an allocated underground parking space that belongs to the apartment, with a lift going straight up to outside the front door. The lift can also be accessed from the main entrance of the apartment block. Our luxury apartment is located in the beautiful town of Calahonda, Mijas Costa. There is a commercial centre with restaurants and bars just 700 metres from the property, which is within easy walking distance. The La Siesta Golf is also close by as well as the Costa Del Sol tennis and Country Club, with a great restaurant. Calahonda has a wide range of restaurants from around the world and also many bars to choose from. it is located close to the famous Cabopino Port with its amazing beach with water sports and restaurants. We are also very near to Marbella. The apartment is a half hour drive from Malaga airport.

Todo perfecto. Nada que reprochar. Ann muy amable. Apartamento muy limpio. Todo perfecto. A 10 minutos de la playa en coche.

Excelente alojamiento
Alojamiento perfecto para la desconexión total, cercano en coche a cualquier playa cercana y con todo lo necesario como supermercados y restaurantes próximos al mismo.
El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en tu casa. No le falta de nada. Destacar la limpieza y comodidad de sus camas, asà como la localización y vistas desde su amplia terraza.
La urbanización es excelente y sus piscinas son increÃbles donde los niños y adultos pueden disfrutar.
Ningún ruido cercano, nada de jaleos ideal para el descanso en familia.
La plaza de garaje amplia y cómoda.
Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

Excelente apartamento
Destaco la limpieza y comodidad del apartamento. Todo en muy buen estado y nuevo. Muy bonito y bien decorado. Sobre todo que no le ha faltado de nada, hasta el más mÃnimo detalle lo tiene lo que hace que te sientas como en casa. Zona muy tranquila con una buena piscina y vistas: montaña y mar. Es necesario coger el coche para todo pero el apartamento cuenta con parking y la plaza es bastante amplia.

Piso y urbanización increibles
Gracas a los dueños por dejarnos disfrutar de su increible casa y a Ann por ser tan amable al recibirnos. El piso está aun mejor que lo que se puede ver en las fotos. No le falta ni un detalle, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, cocina con TODO lo necesario, colchones de las camas cómodos, cuenta netflix por si te apetece ver algo, vamos que no hechas nada en falta. La urbanización muy tranquila sin ruidos al igual q las piscinas. Tranquilidas absoluta a 5 min de la playa y del bullicio. Gracias por todo!!! Cuando volvamos por esta zona repetiremos seguro!!

Primero dar las gracias a Jonh y a Jane por dejarnos disfrutar de su casa. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica,la casa está muy limpia y ordenada con todas las comodidades, tiene una terraza en la que hemos disfrutado para cenar, una buena piscina, no hay mucha gente,es un lugar muy tránquilo, ideal para unas relajadas vacaciones. Cerca hay supermercados, bares, restaurantes, eso sÃ, se necesita coche. Nos ha dado mucha pena tener que volvernos, sin dudarlo volveriamos. Gracias familia Thindal.🤗🤗

The place is very beautiful and I love the mountains surrounding the area.
The apartment is very tidy and stylish with a very beautiful view from the balcony. I would definitely want to stay here again if had the chance.

Could not fault the apartment, every thing you needed was there and uk tv was a bonus. Quiet location yet only 5 minutes by car to all the bars and restaurants. Lovely view from the huge terrace towards the sea, where you can either sit in the sun or the shade.
