Minutes to St. Andrews State Park with a full array of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fifteen minutes to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Condo amenities include 3 pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, pool tables, arcade, gift shop, tennis courts, grills with picnic area and so much more!
Regency offers a full Tiki hut that serves food and drinks between our 2 large pools.
