Luxury apartment in Marbella, beautifully furnished and located on the first floor overlooking the swimming pools and the waterfall. Access to the apartment is via private set of stairs. A peaceful location ideal for couples and families, away from traffic yet metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa Del Sol. Cafes and shops are just a short stroll away.
There is easy access to the facilities of the 5 star Hotel Don Carlos and a well known beach bar (Nicki beach).
The apartment features hot and cold air conditioning, alarm, fully fitted kitchen and cream marble floors throughout.

Very well furnished and maintained and the whole complex is really well looked after. 2nd time we have been at this apartment and would have no hesitation staying here again. Location is perfect and you don't need a car as all amenities are within easy walking distance. Good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Nikki Beach is just a few...

Comfortable and well maintained apartment in a beautiful complex and very conveniently located. a few hundred metres from the beach which has bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Only 20 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus but with enough to occupy a family of varying ages without having to use a car.

The apartment is extremely reasonably priced for what is included, the location is ideal. Tranquil yet close enough to travel to nearby areas such as Puerta Banus. About the neighbourhood
The cosmopolitan town of Marbella is a mixture of the old and new. The old town with its cobbled streets is just as popular with the tourists as some of the other attractions; such as its wonderful beaches, spectacular ports, magnificent golf courses and its busy nightlife.
The famous Puerto Banus with its charming marina is only a few minutes drive from Elviria.
A bit further afield you can go and explore Gibraltar and Seville.
There are many spanish villages that are full of charm and character, Mijas being one of them. It's a little whitewashed village with cobbled streets and breathtaking views. There are many shops selling local wares such as leather goods and spanish pottery. You can wander around on foot or take a tour on a horse drawn carriage.

Getting around
The apartment is in perfect location for bus service to Marbella and Fuengirola and places in between. There are two bus lines the L7 and the 220. Taxis are also easily accessible from Don Carlos and from Elviria Square.

How to get there
Airport: Malaga: 35.0 km
Fly to Malaga airport and take the N340 to Cadiz. Come off at exit marked 192 km, Elviria. Follow signs for the Hotel Don Carlos.
There are many cheap airlines that fly to Malaga; Jet2, Monarch, Thompson, all fly from Manchester airport.
There are many car hire companies based at Malaga airport. We use Europa as they don't even bother checking the car.
There are coaches that run from the airport to marbella. Ther is a taxi stand in Elviria, a short distance from the airport.
