Our apartment is set in a unique and beautiful development with gorgeous gardens, pools and more. The apartment itself is really quite lovely with stunning views, especially from the balcony. It's centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks and 15 restaurants, etc. All your amenities are at your doorstep and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
The apartment has a light filled kitchen with everything you need to make a beautiful meal to enjoy on the lovely relaxing balcony, a comfortable lounge with great views and satellite TV, luxury finishings, marble floors, induction, fireplace... and stylish decor. Your bedroom has a little balcony, built ins and drawers so you can settle in nicely and the bathroom has a shower over the bath so you can choose your pleasur...

Perfect apartment for two persons
The owner was very helpful. Short distanse to beach and to foodstore. Within the area it was three pools and a restaurant. We visited the restaurant two times, and the food was great. We`ll visit again!

Excellent
Large apartments, with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms, own kitchen, large bathroom, own laundry room, large terrace, furnished in delicate colors. Large garden and 2 free tennis courts, a really big swimming pool, and a smaller one to the kids, delicious restaurant by the pool that is open all day, to long at night with lovely food. Here everyone will enjoy, both young children, families and couples on romantic holidays, as well as seniors who want to enjoy the sun. Recommended !

Perfect balance between oasis escape and close to the action.
This apartment is perfectly located within beautifully kept gardens with lots of space and a feeling of tranquility. The well designed buildings offer a feeling of privacy and this apartment has the perfect view over the pool areas and in a South facing aspect. It was reassuring that such a large complex was not over developed giving a feeling of space. The whole complex was immaculately kept. This extended to the pool area where there was plenty of space and it felt very exclusive. A nice cluster of bars, restaurants and shops are a genuinely short walk away with excellent choice so you can fill a week without repeating. Mr India was excellent! As was the Italian. We loved the closeness to Marbella and Puerto Banus and we loved the feeling of escape when we came home through the complex gates.
The apartment is well equipped and the bed was one of the comfiest we have had. Everything you need is there and though we had two days of torrential rain, it was a nice comfy place to spend some down time and only a ten minute drive to the big shopping centres and wilder side of life. I would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday where you want the best of both worlds.

Well located appartment in an excellent complex
The appartment itself is perfect for a couple, well positioned in a nice secure complex. Looks right over the pool area, east facing, so sunny in the first part of the day but shaded in the evening. That may well be welcome at a hotter time of year. Be aware that the majority of the occupants of the 15 or so appartment buildings will be Norwegian - not that this presents any problem.
Some of the furniture and appliances are a little tired, but the important things all worked properly, and everything was thoroughly clean when we arrived.
Elviria itself was a bit of a disappointment. The small town has been spoilt by the busy dual carriageway running slap bang through the middle and dividing the beach area from the town centre. It's quite a walk from the complex to the beach, having to cross this busy road using an overpass and then walk through a scruffy area. If you take the car there is only limited parking near the beach.

Thanks for your review! We are glad you really enjoyed the apartment. We are working on replacing the bits and pieces that are a little older, but we also find it very lovely and functional. The beach is a 10min walk and you don't need to cross at the overpass- there's a nicer way. We've included a map showing the best way for future guests :)

Lovely apartment and complex
Stayed for two weeks in this apartment. Perfect for a couple - it has everything you'd need. No air con but we managed fine once we sussed out to keep blinds closed during light and open in the dark. The complex is lovely. Large pool for adults and two small kids pools, and two tennis courts. Some restaurants in the area and not far from Marbella and La Cala de Mijas, both of which which can be reached by the local bus, the stop for which is within a few minutes walk. Good location for exploring Malaga, Ronda, Seville, Granada etc.

Wonderful
We stayed for 7 nights. The apartment was wonderful. Location perfect. There were two of us, both adults. Needs air conditioning but I am informed it will be in for next year. Looking forward to it already.

Excellent, perfectly proportioned 1 bed apt in fabulous location and beautiful complex.
This Summer we stayed with 2 young children in this lovely apartment. From our first contact with the owner she could not have been more helpful and the whole process was so simple. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had all we required for a great holiday. Our children were accommodated on two inflatable beds which may not be suitable for older children but was perfect for ours 5 and 8yrs.
The gardens and pools are immaculate and with shops, restaurants and beach nearby we would highly reccomend the location.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location
We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday in this apartment. From the moment that we booked it, it was plain sailing - Irene was a pleasure to deal with. When we arrived the apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels, bed linen etc at our disposal. It has everything you need, which along with it's location near the shops and restaurants in Elviria and the beach, makes it the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

Vacation
The property is orderly, located in very orderly, nice and secure area (with locked gates) with good swimming pools. Appartment is quite simple fitted but has all necessary equipment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location in a relaxing surroundings
We had a really relaxing holiday and once again good weather during our stay.
Good location and only 5-6 mins walk to beach. The apartment & surrounding grounds very clean, aceess into comlex was by key so good security & plenty of sun loungers whatever time of the day , nice onsite restaurant & peaceful. Good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance and OpenCor / Supersol supermarkets nearby.
This was my second stay in this apartment and would recommend this to any couple.
Goodbase to explore coast , from Marbella 10mins drive , Fengirola , Puerto Banus and beyond. Plenty of car parking spaces at complex.

Marbella is the most glamorous city in the Costa del Sol, and Elviria is the complex best consolidated in the area with the best beaches of Marbella and of the Costa del Sol, with a lot of amenities and a peaceful, relax atmosphere at the same time.<BR><BR>For sure one of the best places to enjoy your holidays.
Getting around
You can walk to beach, restaurants or supermarkets. There are a few shops, cafes an restaurants across the road, including a pharmacy, and 15 minute walk for beach and a greater variety of restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques. it's about 30mins drive from the airport, which costs about €60 by taxi. You can take a bus from across the road into marbella centre. You can do without a car if you just want o hang by the pool or beach, but a car is recommended for site seeing.
