Flat screen TV and satellite program with approx. 24 stations available. The bathroom contains a large shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit and was recently completely renovated. The apartment includes the reserved parking space 4 behind the chalet Schwarzhorn, included in the rent. Unterbäch lies on a sunny plateau above the Rhone valley. Orthohe 1. 230 m.ü.M. The own ski area in the village is about 7 minutes. walk from the house. 2 chairlifts and 3 more ski lifts lead up to about 2. 500 meters above sea level. Height. The surrounding mountains are between 3,000 and 4,000 meters high. In summer, more than 500 km of marked hiking trails are available in the Augstbord region. The slopes can be snowed to the village. Unterbäch has around 400 inhabitants and about 2 500 guest beds. In addition to the 4 existing hotels, the accommodation is mostly in private apartments. In addition, there is a grocery store in the village, in winter a sports shop with ski rental and repair and 1 ski school, and 2 bank branches. Further good shopping possibilities in the 13 km distant Visp. In addition to the mountain road from Visp or Turtmann, Unterbäch can also be reached by cable car from the Rhone valley of Raron-Turtig. The rail connection Raron is only 1 stop away from Visp, the end of the Lötschberg tunnel. The train journey from Basel to Visp takes only about 2 hours.
