For keen golfers, the property is only a 20 minute drive from Gleneagles, and Ryder Cup enthusiasts this is an ideal location as public transport is readily available from our town centre. Our town offers some of Scotland's finest tourist destinations, Stirling Castle and Scotland's National Wallace Monument are only a 10 minute bus journey away. You can also enjoy our local pubs and restaruants which are all within walking distance from the property. After a long day. you will be able to return back to relax in our large living area, with large comfy couch, flat screen TV, and large pane glass windows bringing lots of light and air into the room, large doors leading through into the kitchen where you and your family and friends can enjoy cooking on the newly fitted kitchen/dinning room with gas hobs and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave or maybe just to relax at the dining table. On entering the property you are greeted by a large hallway, with stunning light fittings and tiled flooring, why not kick off those shoes into the utility room which comes with a fully fitted washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The property is GSH which is fully inclusive as is all electricity, linen towels and information on local restaurants and visitors sites is made available to all guests. The property has 4 bedrooms, all of which have been decorated in neutral colours, giving the rooms a light and airy feel to them, They are all fully furnished, with beautiful light fittings, and luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom has a large en-suite with shower, toilet and sink, there is a family size modern bathroom situated up-stairs and one shower room with WC and sink. A further 3 bedrooms comprise of a double bed, and two of the rooms the beds can be split to form 2 single beds allowing for flexibility for 8 people in total to sleep comfortably. The property also has a back garden, which is closed off allowing for privacy but having plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. The front garden has private off street parking and would home up to 5 vehicles depending on size, ideal for a large number of occupants. Park house is spacious and comfortable with everything you might need. Walkable into Stirling town centre (about 45 mins) with so many great places to visit within half an hour drive. We would definitely return - thank you

The layout of Park house was perfect for a family group with different ages and requirements.
The downstairs bathroom and bedroom were perfect for my elderly mum .
The upstairs bedrooms were spacious with plenty of hanging space .
