Lieux fantastique pour ceux qui rêvent de vacances...
Lieux fantastique pour ceux qui rêvent de vacances "les pieds dans l'eau". La maison dispose de tous les équipements,elle est idéale pour vivre dehors avec une cuisine extérieure équipée, un coin repas sous pergola, plusieurs espaces détente et une zone boisée d'eucalyptus. On traverse le jardin avec douche extérieure pour accéder directement sur une plage entretenue , très peu fréquentée et équipée d'un abri ombragé. Domenico et son épouse sont des hôtes parfaits, disponibles et chaleureux. Pour être honnête, les seuls points à améliorer sont la TV qui est un peu petite, un rideau manquant pour la douche d'une des salles d'eau et le manque d'ustensiles du barbecue. Mais rien de cela ne nous empêchera de revenir. On a adoré notre séjour.

Just a great place to stay, the grounds are wonder...
Just a great place to stay, the grounds are wonderful, it's were we spent all our time, having a Webber for BBQ was great, outdoor kitchen. Gate to the beach was awesome. We just really enjoyed staying there, trips to Catania were easy, definitely recommend having a car, and look forward to going back. Thank you Dominico

Location, location, location!!! this property is b...
Location, location, location!!! this property is beachfront and the beach is very clean and well maintained with white powder sand and a view of Mt Etna. The house is situated an easy 20 mins from the Catania airport, 45 mins to Syracusa and about 1 hour to both Noto and Taormina, with close access to major roads. The property is on a very quite side street. The property owners were lovely kind people and very responsive to our needs. The outdoor space was expansive with an outdoor kitchen, seating and eating areas. We can't recommend the property enough. Listing is just as described. My only recommendations are rent a car and get groceries in Catania or Lentini.

Ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel
Das Grundstück besticht durch die ruhige Lage am Ende der privaten Straße mit dem eigenen Strandzugang. Allerdings ausserhalb der Saison auch keine Restauration in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei schönem Wetter ideal, wobei starker Ostwind ungünstig ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen, ein gewisser Reparaturrückstand, wie lose Türklinken oder defekte Lampen und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Küchengeräte.

Very lovely beach house
We were visiting Domenicos Villa in the last days of December and first days of January. In the day, it was around 35*C in the sun and 16*C in the water. The house is very secluded and silent, you only hear the waves and sometimes helicopters from the airfield. Check-in and -out was very uncomplicated and Domenico is the perfect host! The villa has anything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, table tennis, beach soccer, Weber barbecue and much more. From here you can easily visit other places like the Aetna, via Catania and Aetna Experiences, Noto, Ragusa and the golf course I Monasteri. All in all it was perfect.

Parfait
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, confortable, spacieux, propre, Un beau jardin bien intretenu en bord de mer. Le propriétaire est vraiment aimable et serviable Je conseille fortement cet endroit bien tranquille on a eu aucun dérangement
