Noosa Sound is a picturesque riverside property, with excellent fishing directly from our 90' quay head onto the main River Bure. It has a private mooring with power and water supply for you to use if you hire a boat. A tranquil setting with a beautiful garden, complete with summer house and a lagoon full of wildlife. superbly equipped, wonderfully located cottage in Horning. A real home from home. stunning gardens and outlooks and enjoyed watching the boats go buy even this late on in the year. The host went above and beyond

Furnished to a very high standard with TV&DVD Freesat in the kitchen, bedroom. SKY TV/SKY SPORTS in the lounge and FREE WI-FI. The large master bedroom with king size bed is fully fitted and also has an additional double sofa bed (plenty of bedding to make up both double beds if you wish) The bedroom has sliding glass doors to the veranda; and river views from both windows. The large south facing garden is flanked to one side by the main river and to the other by the lagoon. About the neighbourhood
The property is within walking distance (150 yards) from Horning one of the most sought after villages in Norfolk, it has 3 lovely pubs, Post Office, general store, butchers, Deli, (fresh bread daily) gift shop,tea room, excellent restaurant and the magnificent Paddle Steamer which you can board by the village green and gently cruise along the river literally past the garden of Noosa Sound. The village green has plenty of seats to allow you to sit back and enjoy an ice cream or delicious cake from The Galley and watch the boats. The Swan pub has a large riverside garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The larger village of Wroxham is 3 miles away, You can hire a day boat or cruiser in Horning.
Getting around
There is a bus into Wroxham and a friendly local taxi service. Bike hire is within walking distance to enjoy the beautiful countryside right on our door step. Boat hire is available approximately 200 yards from our property. The paddle steamer makes regular cruises along the River Bure and goes right past our garden. It can be boarded by the village green which is only 4- 5 minutes stroll. Norwich station and airport is around 25 minutes from Noosa Sound.
