Loved the old historic Salt box house with low ceiling and uneven floor. View of the water was good from the nice deck, and was very close to an excellent hiking trail. Communication with the owner was very good. Great wifi was appreciated, helped with trip planning.

This cute cottage by sea is the perfect getaway for a honeymoon. Short distance for a wonderful cafe, stunning ocean views and a breathtaking beach. Made us fall in love with Newfoundland more than we thought we would. Highly recommend renting this wonderful cabin!

Very nice stay at the Port de Grave chalet. The chalet very rustic, very clean and very well equipped. The area was very beautiful, made several hikes including the beautiful heritage hike which is 400m from the chalet. The village of Bay Roberts is nearby for easy shopping.

I had a wonderful coastal experience. Hike, eat, relax. Very cool Newfoundland experience.

If you are looking for the real feel of back in the day fisherman home this is it. Low ceilings made it feel cozy. Every window has a view of the ocean. Fall asleep staring out across the ocean… I will definitely be back for a little visit. It is a great spot for doing day trips to cute little towns. Make sure you get a hike in while your visiting. It is only up the street and has beautiful scenery and history. The owners were very helpful and also leave plenty of information and maps. Came in very handy when exploring Newfoundland. ❤️

The location of this house is just steps from the Shoreline Trail, one of the best kept secrets about Bay Roberts. There is also a lovely deck on the side of the house with a great ocean view. The house makes a great base to explore the beautiful beaches in the area.

Easy to connect with owner and check in. Property as described. Comfortable for a family weekend. Great location near water side walking trail. Older property with the charm and quaintness that comes with that, but it has everything needed and a fabulous view.
