One bedroom, with a large double bed and adjoining shower room with WC, contains a mezzanine with a single bed. The second bedroom has a large double bed, the third has three single beds, and the fourth has a large double bed. These three bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate. The adjoining house is entered via the kitchen, which righthand connects with a dining room that has a mezzanine acting as an area in which to relax. Aside the kitchen, you will find the laundry with a WC. To the left, the lounge contains the staircase leading to the sleeping quarters, which consist of three bedrooms. One has a large double bed with an integrated shower room, the second has two single beds, and the third has a large double bed. The latter two bedrooms share a shower room and a WC, both separate. The former dovecote is a bedroom with a double bed proposing the shower room with WC of the pool house which is set underneath passing through the outside. The property is reached along a road that leads through vineyards and olive groves. The three independent parts of the property stand on a plot of 5,000 m2 and a swimming pool with a shower and WC in the pool house beneath the dovecote. A corner staircase gives access to the water and a large children's beach is appreciated. There is an unobstructed view of the villages of La Cadière-d'Azur and Le Castellet.
