Amenities are under maintenance until oct 2023 subject to extend further *The 2nd Bedroom is a interior room with no hard door & Windows. There is a curtain which provides guest privacy * I absolutely under no circumstances do not allow third party booking & no Parties & extra guests *Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those having a late flight, you can use bounce or other 3rd party baggage apps to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. We dont have places to keep your bag after Checkout times *Late Checkouts and are subject to availability and requires approval from the owner. Without the approval the late checkout will result in penalty fee from $275

The reservation will be subject to immediate termination without a refund. - If you lose the keys, there will be a $400 fee for the replacement for each set. It includes rekey of the unit door and new electronic key FOB.
