Basically you let me know the dates you want to book the trailer. I will hold 'The Days' for you while you book the campsite.(couple days) Once you have booked your site , I will require a 250$ deposit to Confirm your Dates. The 'Deposit' will be returned once final Inspection of the trailer has been made, usually the same day via Interact e-transfer. Half Payment due One month prior to your Dates. Balance must be paid before you enter the trailer. Cancellation Policy - Must be made one month Prior in order to receive any money paid. Unforeseen circumstances...Life happens, if you need to cancel unexpectedly after this date I will try to rebook the Trailer. If I can some monies will be returned. Site Details: ========= Electrical - 30-50Amp Septic Room to Hold a 38' trailer...preferably a drive through. Price: ===== based on 4 Person Rental. Additional 25$ per person per night. Daily Rate is 200 per day Minimum 4 Days. Weekly Rate is 165.00 per day. You need to Bring: ============= 1. Your own Linen,Towels\face clothes and Pillows. (I have found People like to bring their own) I do have some sleeping bags if you need them as well as pillows if needed. 2. Food and Drinks of your choice. Available to you: ============ BBQ Outside. Fridge, Sink Outside. Shower outside for rinsing off sand etc. Broom and Mop all Cleaning supplies. Toilet Paper and Paper towels. Dish Towels and cloths. Your hotel where you want it !
