We came to stay here in preparation for Ironman Canada 2022. All expectations were not only met but exceeded. The location was not too close to the beach to be troubled by the "beach buzz" and not too far so that we were able to reach everything within walking distance. The house is wonderful, very tastefully decorated with quality furniture, mattresses, kitchen supplies/appliances/utensils, clean, very well taken care of and esp. the attention to detail did achieve creating the feeling of being home away from home. Very positive stay for my kids (attending hockey camp) and myself. The house and yard were sparkling clean, well equipped with quality items and very comfortable. Communication with Caroline was quick and positive. The little extras like snacks, wine and beach wagon/cooler were appreciated. The location was great for us - quiet, yet central and walkable to the rink, downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our family’s stay in Penticton, a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities/activities. The hosts were thoughtful and left a lovely gift basket with snacks, local wine and cheese. The upstairs space was perfect for our two girls, their space had games, books and Coloring. This home has everything you need for beach visits; coolers, wagon, beach chairs. We would recommend this to others in a heartbeat, and would love to stay again next time.

Overall an excellent property and experience. Caroline is super friendly and left clear instructions upon arrival for where everything is located. Provided everything needed for a great day at the beach so nothing extra was needed to be bought. Short 15 minute walk to the beach. House was immaculate and the pictures online don't do it justice. Simply a beautiful home with all the amenities. Water pressure in the shower is a little weak but that is to be expected in an older home. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was exactly as advertised with all the extras you wouldn't expect. Our family really enjoyed the yard for our morning coffee and evening BBQ's. The whole house was very clean and the yard was well manicured. The location was perfect for touring around and seeing all Penticton has to offer. We will be back for sure! Thank you for a memorable family vacation.
