Locations within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The place was clean and cool during the summer, no concerns.

10/10 would recommend. Close to everything but quiet and private.

Mary & Mike’s was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave! Their place is a short walk from the beach & downtown Penticton, with easy access to Naramata Rd & the Kettle Valley trail. The air conditioning made the space super comfortable to come back to on the hot summer days.

Really well laid out basement suite in a quiet neighbourhood . Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom towels, and a comfy bed made our stay easy. Really appreciated having the A/C during the heat wave !! Parking was easy and owners super responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend

My kids and I had a lovely stay for 6 nights. We were there for the Trestle Cycling Tour and a vacation. The space was the perfect size for the 3 of us with a nice sitting / tv area, kitchen, laundry and cool air when we needed it. It is in walkable proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Check in/out and parking were super easy to navigate. I chatted with our host Mike a couple of times and he's very nice. I would highly recommend this Vrbo and to anyone visiting Penticton.

Accommodation was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It is a basement suite so somewhat lacking in natural light. The location is convenient' about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great place, fantastic location, friendly host.
